If all you are after is somewhere to Kip down with no frills at a budget price, look no further. Excellent location. Underground and bus services just round the corner and close to Boat Quay and numerous restaurants and bars. We had a superior double which was located on the top floor overlooking the rooftop pool. Rooms are small but plenty of storage under the bed for suitcases. 2 bath towels and basic toiletries are provided. Extra towels are located by the door to the pool. Aircon worked well and an added bonus was a fridge which was essential in this heat. Tea and coffee making stuff in the room with more available from reception if needed. TV with English speaking channels. WiFi worked excellently but you do need to log in every day. Cafe next door for breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for those on a budget.

Value of Money and Easy Access

Very value of Money for this budget hotel. My room has a big window and can see the view outside (even it is the street in the front of the hotel but I like to see the hotel environment view). The staff are very kindness, smile and provide good service to me. I arrive around 2.30 pm. earlier than the C/I time 30 minutes but the staff allow me to check in to the room. During the Check in the staff explain and give me a letter showing what are services in room and have and NO have in facilities the provide. The room size is small but not to tight. The hotel still arrange the in-room space to comfort move around. I stay at the hotel for 2 days and the housekeeping came to make my bed very well. I drink coffee and tea in the room and the hotel maid refill full set as same as the first day of check in. PLEASE NOTE THAT: has NO refrigerator!!!! in room. The restroom is a bit small the space seems like 2 x 1 meter. Toilet Tissue, Shower Gel, and Shampoo are available but not Soap Bar, Toothbrush kids but I understood and acceptable because this is the budget hotel concept even the room rate in higher (or most highest) in ASEAN (with this price I can stay 4 - 5 Star hotel in Thailand). But this is Singapore, I understand :). I booked the room without Breakfast because I researched hotels before booking and found that there are nice restaurants over the areas and sell good breakfast. Check in / out timing is less than 5 minute. The location is super!!! it is near Clark Quay MRT Station just cross the steet. It is limited parking lot but you can try. If I come back to SG again I will stay this hotel again.

Excellent location, good value, small place

1 night stay at this hotel. Check in was fast, I got a room next to the swimming pool on the 6th floor. The swimming pool is simple but does the job. A decent view from the rooftop. Happy to see they put the fresh towels directly there. I was scared my room would be noisy, but it was well soundproof. Room was small, and the shower worked well. Hotel was clean. There is a 7/11 right below the hotel which is open 24/7. Staff was professional but no special attention to tourists, but I was happy they collected my Uber Eats orders. The included breakfast was average in the restaurant on the ground floor. (Do not lose the ticket you get at check in!) At the time I was there in Feb 2023, there was construction in the building next door, so you may hear noise during daytime. What shocked me was Ibis in Singapore stopped giving a bottle of water, supposedly for being eco-friendly. It is simply a cheap way of saving money. My Ibis Budget in central London was half the price of Singapore! Singapore is expensive, so I think it was a decent price for the location and amenities. The area Clarke Quay is expensive, but everything is a walkable distance, albeit in a hot and humid atmosphere. I took a taxi from the hotel to the Marina Bay Sands, which is about 2Km distance, and it costed me SGD 15. The amount I spent in 24hrs in Singapore is the same amount I spent in 1 week in Malaysia. Good luck!

Booked the Standard Room with double bed and knew upfront that the room has no windows. The room has a kettle and coffee / tea and hair dryer. No bottled water, toothbrush or shower cap. If you need, there's a convenience store next door or go to Clarke Quay Central (5 min walk) there are shops where you can get things and food. I love the location. Near the MRT station. Funan Mall is probably around 10 - 15 minute walk and River Cruise Jetty is about 10 minute walk as well. It is also near Chinatown so you can check out the street art there. Staff was helpful in giving information and also assisting to call a taxi to go to airport. Changi Airport to hotel was about SG25; Hotel - Airport it was around SG32

Room without windows

Without windows-standard room. This should be be the first line in the description of the standard rooms. We arrived in the evening and were unpleasantly surprised to realise that our rooms did not have a window. It got worse though. When we entered the first room, the walls and floor were wet, and the bedding clammy. Rooms were changed and for the next 4 nights it appeared to me that we slept in a fridge. I have travelled a lot but this hotel is by far the worst I’ve stayed in. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and the lap pool on the roof was good too.
