I love staying in Accor hotels, so I chose this one because it's on Murray Street, close to the Murray Street Mall. The hotel is really nice. It feels new. It has a great bar, restaurant and cafe, as well as a day spa, pool and gym. I stayed on the same floor as those, and the gym and pool were very busy during my time there. The room was great. Comfy bed, all the amenities you need, but what would have made the room better is a bath, and bigger towels. Also, I did order room service one night. It said you could scan a QR code to order, but that wasn't working. I called the restaurant, and it took well over an hour to get soup. They were very apologetic. I don't know if it was because they were very busy or just inefficient. The hotel is a short walk to the shops, but shopping in Perth isn't much to brag about. They have the standard chain stores you would expect, but the shopping area was lacking a certain vibe. If you go to Perth, get a rental car and explore outside of the city. It's a beautiful place and there is lots to see and do.

We just wrapped up a 5 night stay and couldn’t not be happier with our choice to stay at the Novotel Perth Murray Street. The good : - We arrived early in Perth and got to the hotel at 9am. Planning on just storing our bags, we asked if there was a chance of an earlier check in. To our pleasant surprise the room was ready immediately so we were able to head straight up to our room - As an Accor ALL Silver member we were able to take advantage of the complimentary welcome drinks provided. You also get faster WIFI in your room. - The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size with the showers the standout feature. - The valet service was very efficient, we never waited more than a few minutes for our car to be bought to the front of the hotel - We also asked for a later checkout, 12:30pm instead of the standard 11am and we’re told this was not a problem. - The location is fantastic. A short stroll to Perth train station, 10min walk to Kings Park, 10min to Elizabeth Quay and surrounded by great dood and drink options. Lil’s, about 50 metres up the road has a great rooftop bar. Light Years is just around the corner and there are a number of options at Yagan Square, a 5 min walk away. - A little thing but the lifts. There 6 of them, super fast between floors and we never had to wait long for one. - The water taps in the lobby bar. Still or sparkling water on demand was a great feature. We would fill our water bottles everyday on the way out. The parts that could be better. - The pillows are on the soft side. On our last day we realised they do offer options but this information isn’t made readily available in the room. It’s accessed via the menu on the TV. - Part of the reason we chose the hotel was due to the pool. The pool itself is a good size for a CBD hotel but more should be done to soften the space up there. It’s very dark (even as a rooftop) and just feels a bit cold and lifeless. Some more greenery and colour or a mural on the long grey wall that runs along one side of the pool would help. Overall a fantastic base for our 6 days in Perth.

Tout était parfait , sauf le check out , nous avons fait le check out très tôt à cinq heures du matin, et à notre grande surprise , la personne au guichet nous réclame 85 dollars , de notes de restaurant , alors que nous n’avons pas mangé une seule fois à l’hôtel . Nous le lui avons signalé , et il nous a répondu qu’il fallait payer, et qu’il ne pouvait pas vérifier avec le responsable du restaurant car il était trop tôt . Nous n’avons pas payé , on lui a demandé de rectifier cette erreur , et demander de nous faire un mail dès qu’il aurait fait le point avec le responsable restauration, à ce jour , six jours plus tard aucune nouvelle alors que j’ai fait une relance pour avoir une explication !!! C’est vraiment dommage après un séjour parfait au niveau du confort et de l’accueil dans cet hôtel . Ça nous laisse une sensation de malaise désagréable . Malgré tout lorsque nous reviendrons à Perth nous séjournerons à nouveau dans ce Novotel pour le confort et l’emplacement .on se pose quand même la question de savoir si c’est un autre client qui a demandé de mettre son addition sur notre numéro de chambre , si c’est une erreur d’une serveuse , ou si le réceptionniste a voulu se faire un extra !!! On aimerait bien savoir .Dans l’attente d’une réponse , bien cordialement Vincent
