Overpowering scent smells at reception

I stayed here for work and then personal weekend travel. The hotel is well located next to station but the overpowering smell at reception of plug ins or scent is so overpowering it makes you sick - I don’t know how the staff can cope! This even flows thru to the aircon in the room it’s awful. Apart from that it’s ok, balcony room is bigger than standard but it’s probably not worth the upgrade fee

Hotel is strategically located near the main shopping area at Murray street. Lots of restaurants nearby. There's a coffee joint at the lobby so dont have to walk far for coffee fix
