Very good supervisor Sean lee He is very nice and help us a lot He was very patient, listened to our needs and helped us deal with our troubles immediately. We are very grateful to him. Without him we would have been in a lot of trouble, so we are very grateful for his help.

Wonderful location and awesome staff

The location of the hotel is awesome. The Hongnik University station is just round the corner.... lots of food and shopping in the area.. and easy to get to from Airport via train. I love that the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable n that they even have KANU batista coffee machine in the room. We were most impressed by the service of Lynn Yeo from the Front Office. She was so friendly and helpful and accommodating to our little requests like early check in and ensuring we have rooms next to each other. Having her greet us and handle our check-in, was a wonderful start to our stay Mercure! Thank you!

The rooms are very elegant. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. And the staff is very friendly. The breakfast could offer more Korean style dishes.

Checking into Mecure has been a wonderful experience, thankful to Sarah Lee. I wanted to call her out, because the check in was swift and concise, she was helpful in answering questions, and would be one of the reason for me to return! The location is great, and i would look forward to this hotel as my next stay again when I'm back to hongdae.
