第一次来韩国就选择这家Ibis酒店入住，很干净清爽，酒店位置非常方便，柜台小姐亲切且配合语言不通的我们，下次会再回来入住. It was my first time to stay at this Ibis hotel when I came to Korea. It was very clean and refreshing. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The lady at the counter was kind and cooperative with us who didn't understand the language. We will come back next time.

The premium bus we took from the airport stopped right in front of the hotel. It was good they had early check in and luggage service because it was still too early to physically check into the room. Liz was nice and helpful. She was able to help with the hiccup with the room type we were assigned. We got the room with two-beds instead of the one queen. There were two water bottles chilling inside the refrigerator. Liquid soap/ body wash, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Since March 2024, one-time use essentials (toothbrush/toothpaste, etc.) are not provided anymore, these can be purchased upon check-in. The beds were comfortable. There’s coin laundry and green soap packets for purchase on the 10th floor with free use of iron/board and microwave. Hotel is very conveniently located, just walking distance to the underground shopping center, department stores, and night market. They offer breakfast buffet W16,500 pre-sale, W19,800 walk-in price. Parking is available in the basement.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from restaurants and major attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

At arrival we had a minor problem but Ms Yum at the front desk solved it very nicely, we were very happy about it. The hotel is located very convenient place for shopping or taking buses. The room is not big but comfortable enough to stay. We enjoyed very much

Nice hotel ambience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect, close to popular eatery area. making it ideal for exploring the area. Every detail of my stay reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. I highly recommend Hotel Ibis Ambassador and will definitely return on my next visit to Seoul
