My stay was made even more pleasant this time! Jacob assisted my other family members,who arrived at later date , to be able to stay on the same level too. Thank you so much! Great location to shopping district and subway is nearby too! Airport bus stop is just less than 5min walk. Awesome ibis!

Great location Nice sized rooms But i would love 2 pillows per person... my pillow was very flat so I slept on it folded for extra padding. Breakfast was OK Bar area was nice but very limited opening hours...seemed closed at odd times. view was lovely. Laundry is 5000 but people will take your wet clothes out of the dryer and use it for themselves!!! So we had to let our wet clothes dry in our room, quite rude! There are microwaves in the laundry too. Exceptional service at reception desk Airport limousine stops right out front

Pleasant welcome hospitality by Jeff, the receptionist and Jacob, the front office manager. Accommodative to our request as well for early check in. Pleasant stay, wifi speed connection can be improved
