First time stay this hotel, its really close to subway station and the room is clean. Service is super friendly especially Carmen yeu from the front desk. Helped me early check in and make appointment for me at hair salon. Thanks a lot for the excellent services. Will come back next time.

I have stayed at ibis style hotels dragon city several times, and always had comfortable service by the staff. For check in, the receptionist, Carmen Yeu, remembered me, and very kindly and warmly welcomed us with a smile, explaining all the information we needed gently. The hotel has an easy access to the station, and is very convieninet for travelling.

Great location, conveniently close to both the train and subway stations. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The café on Level 7 offers a fantastic view overlooking the Han River and serves a wide variety of continental and Korean dishes for breakfast.

Best Location with Sauna and very nice lobby.

I would always like to stay Seoul Dragon City Ibis Styled since 2021? After Covid. Since then coming back to this hotel. It is my favourite place to stay. My sister has invited me for two nights for me and my sister in law. We enjoyed Sauna with help of staff Carmen Yeu. Thank you Carmen!

I would like to commend Carmen Yeu at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. Upon my early arrival after an overnight flight, I was exhausted, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request. She was very understanding of my situation and, while I waited for the room to be ready, she provided thoughtful options and recommendations to help me freshen up. Her service was highly personalized, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care she provided. Thank you, Carman, for making my stay more comfortable and for your excellent service."
