The hotel is beautiful and has a stunning view. We had a problems with our reservation and with special help from Mrs Carmen and Mr Lucas Park at the desk. They areay helpful and friendly. They took care of it fastly so it was really convienient. I wish that there More people like them in other hotels!!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Carmen Yeu for helping us check in early on such a freezing cold day. Her service attitude was exceptionally pleasant, making me feel totally at ease from the moment we met. Her warm smile was like a ray of sunshine on a winter day, instantly chasing away the tiredness and chill from our long journey. While processing our check-in formalities, she was not only quick and efficient, but also thoughtfully asked if we needed a cup of hot water to warm up. She even took the initiative to recommend local delicacies and nearby convenience facilities around the hotel, attending to every single detail with great care. We had actually worried that our request for an early check-in might bring extra trouble to the staff, yet Carmen Yeu showed no sign of impatience at all. Instead, with her gentle tone and professional service, she made us truly feel the warmth of being welcomed like home. She also helped us carry our heavy luggage voluntarily. On the way to our room, she gave us a detailed introduction to the use of all facilities inside, and even thoughtfully reminded us of the optimal heating temperature for the air conditioner. This thoughtful service that went far beyond our expectations brought us an extra dose of warmth and touched our hearts deeply on such a cold day. We sincerely appreciate Carmen Yeu for her dedicated efforts, and we hope the hotel management will recognize and commend her for her outstanding service. May she have a smooth and fulfilling career ahead, and may her days always be filled with warmth and kindness.

I arrived too early after a long trip, but Carmen and Judy helped to find me a room and check in early, so that I could freshen up and prepare for my business meeting. I would like to thank them for their kind assistance.

Amazing location next to station. Super well connected with many convenience stores and malls nearby. Carmen from the front desk really took care of my wife and I with her amazing English and made check in a breeze. She helped ensure that my 2 night stay at ibis was magical and I will definitely come back again. - nic from Singapore
