This was the best vacation ever the hotel is super 5+ stars starting with the concierge and the front desk personnel who were polite, professional, organized, and very, very helpful and then when we got to the room, the bed was so comfortable, and the view was amazing over the Han River, but we would really love to thank the amazing staff here especially GIN, JUNNIE, JENNE . They were also very customer service oriented and went out of their way to go above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay at the hotel in Naru in Seoul Korea.

Best five star hotel I have ever stayed in The hotel staff, the hotel concierge, especially JIN. Were outstanding. Impeccable, Customer Service, kind knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very, very helpful. The hotel bar and restaurant are amazing. The views in the day and night time are amazing especially the sunset.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. Everything was excellent, and the breathtaking view made the stay even more enjoyable. Pamela is very kind and speaks very good English. Very accommodating

Amazing view Very helpful staff and the hotel is close to many transportation ports like train station and bus The hotel is also near a convenience store. Situated in beautiful location Pamela is very helpful and friendly Lobby is on the 20th floor

The best service i got during my trip in south korea. Terry was very helpful with the stay and arranged the best view of Han River as requested in the booking. Would definitely come back here and enjoy the night view of Han River again later. All thumbs to Naru Hotel
