I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt well thought out and relaxing. I especially loved the bathroom amenities, the Le Labo shampoo smelled incredible and left my hair feeling amazing. Such a small detail, but it really made the stay feel special. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks you to Franck the GM who welcome us on arrival

This was our second stay and once again everything was outstanding. The hotel is excellent and very well located, with impeccable cleanliness and exceptional housekeeping standards. Despite the hotel being fully booked during the festive season, every request was accommodated with genuine care and attention, a true reflection of a real luxury hotel. The service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Sunny and Dana, as well as the Spa Manager (apologies for not recalling her name), who all contributed to making our stay truly unforgettable. The spa facilities and gym are amazing, especially for guests looking for a well-equipped gym to maintain their workout routine while traveling. Wishing the entire team a very successful year ahead. Looking forward to be back soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, spacious, and truly luxurious. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring lobster, Peking duck, and even sparkling wine — a wonderful way to start the day. The location is excellent, conveniently close to a luxury shopping mall and the train station, making it very easy to get around. Went to the 29th floor restaurant for food drinks. Raphael and Terry took very good care of us. So happy to be there. Everything from the rooms to the service exceeded expectations. We will definitely return and look forward to staying here again.
