The location of the hotel is fantastic. More local, less touristy area yet the metro is in front of the hotel or not far walk to Osaka station/ Osaka-Umeda station. Lot of alleys around and great food. Overall, we stayed 3 nights in this area and 2 nights in Dotonbori area during our Osaka trip. Rooms are small but was enough to accommodate us. I would recommend staying at Ibis Umeda.

Location is good, near Lawson convenience store and Life grocery, which we love so much. We also had a nice stay, staff are friendly and accommodating.

I actually had no expectations about this hotel. This is because I saw a review saying it was far from the center of Umeda. But I think I made the best decision by choosing this hotel for this trip. The location was perfect, and it was quiet, avoiding overtourism, and I was able to go everywhere because of the location. Above all, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Even though I was an Accor Silver member at the time of my stay, the staff assigned me to the highest floor and did their best to be considerate, including late check-out. I was really satisfied. If I go to Osaka again, I will choose this hotel without hesitation. And I would highly recommend it to people I know. Thank you. See you again!
