Cet hôtel est simplement parfait. Chambre très spacieuse avec une très bonne literie. Belle salle de bains avec douche & baignoire + WC japonais Très propre. Machine Nespresso dans la chambre (avec capsules). Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner

Un seul ascenseur par aile, et si vous êtes en chambre 101, 102… vous êtes à côté de sa porte au rez-de-chaussée et vous entendez les chinois qui vont et viennent bruyamment. Grand buffet de petit déjeuner mais pas assez de tables, et beaucoup de banquettes ce qui n’est pas pratique. On dirait que les architectes n’ont jamais fréquenté d’hôtel. Et le personnel de la réception ne parle pas anglais (il a fallu utiliser un site de traduction en ligne pour obtenir une chambre en étage). Petit lac chinois illumine le soir à côté.

シルクロードの旅、新疆ウイグル自治区トルファン（吐魯蕃）で滞在した。中国高速鉄道で吐魯蕃北站に19時ごろ到着。レストランで食事をしてからホテルに入った。翌日観光をしてそのままウルムチに向かったのホテルそのもの良し悪しは判断できないが、いかにも中国的な構えのホテルだった。広いロビーの中央に三越百貨店のような左右対の螺旋階段があり二階へ続く。そんなゴージャスな雰囲気の中でサービスロボットがウロウロしている。利用した部屋はそこそこ広くシックで落ち着いた雰囲気。バスタブ付きの浴室と洗面台は大理石の壁、高級感満載だ。トイレ便座は全自動！しかし、困ったことに誤動作が多く、思い通りに開閉したり水を流してくれない。ここまで全自動にするとかえって使い勝手が悪い。また、エレベーターが1基しかなかったように記憶している。5階建てとはいえ、建物の構えに比較してチグハグな感じがした。

MisterAccountant Couples - TripAdvisor review

Clean and modern Mercure. Rooms a little on the small size but functional. As usual in China at this time of the year, the hotel is over heated and the temperature cannot be reduced until April. Luckily, the windows could be opened. No English speakers found on staff so the Fluentalk translator earned its keep. Breakfast was plentiful but 100% Chinese and the coffee not too bad. It's a pity the wait-staff didn't appear to be happy in their jobs. Good location.
