It covered most of my needs - a bit complicated when the main entrance was closed for a function. Some very nice touches in the decor using local materials. Very helpful staff.

It was a great hotel and good value for money. The reception staff and wait staff in the restaurant were excellent, though some communication issues at the end reduced my score from 10 to 9. Very modern and clean, with an excellent restaurant.

Agradable experiencia, destacamos la hermosa vista al mar y la costanera, pero recomendamos que se realice limpieza a los vidrios, ya que no se podia apreciar muy bien el paisaje. Si los vidrios hubieran estado limpios, hubiera aumentado nuestra satisfacción.

Lindo hotel con buen restaurante. La habitación es cómoda, cama y almohadas blandas que hacen un buen dormir. Lo único malo fue la despreocupación de las personas que hacen las habitaciones, el jabón jamás lo rellenaron y no estaban las aguas de cortesía. Mi estancia fue corta, pero deben preocuparse de rellenar los frascos de los shampoo, etc

Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, quienes se preocuparon en todo momento de que tuviéramos una buena experiencia, desde la asesoría para el proceso de reserva, la atención en recepción y en el restaurante. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, al lado de la playa, restaurantes, fácil acceso a vías principales, etc. Las instalaciones son amplias, modernas, funcionales y muy bien decoradas. Totalmente recomendado.
