It's undoubtedly that Ibis Styles Poços de Caldas is in a good location, 5 minutes walk and you are good to visit the major tourist points in the city Or at the downtown Poços. The recepcion was good and breakfast was superb! There are in fact some points to improve: 1) parking being charged :( this "philosophy" to charge 25BRL (around 5USD) a day for a hotel guest is very greed. 2) the rooms are extremely "dark" even with all the bulbs turned on, the darkness took place, specially at the shower :( 3) restaurant is very small, if the hotel is around 50% of capacity the restaurant room is overcroweded. 4) 75 BRL (around 15USD) per DAY to stay with a pet, specially a cat that has his own bathroom and don't bark is not only greed, but extremely nonsense. Hey Accor, it's a cat! He is fat and sleep all day, c'mon!

We stayed for three nights and we were very satisfied withe the reception at the first and the room was very cozy and functional. The breakfast and the dinner also were delicious. The hotel is well located and we could easy access to the downtown.
