Located close to malls, mrt station, restaurants and convenient stores. Good hospitality from the trusted Accor brand. The rooms are decently sized and the bed is comfortable to sleep on

Overall a good stay, very comfortable room and air conditioning. However there were three things that can be improved; First, there were about 5-6 guests next to my room that were chatting, laughing and making loud noises in the middle of the night, when I checked the clock it was 1:30AM, so that kinda ruined my sleep and having trouble in getting back to my sleep. Secondly, found the water sink in the El Chido rooftop bar was broken, so had to use the shower hose to wash my hands. Thirdly, noticed that I can't find any tissues or paper wipes in the Executive Lounge and Madison's breakfast area. Hoping that these things could be improved on my future stays.

Room has no view. It's ok. No facility I can use. It's ok. But the worst, i cannot sleep until 2 PM, because kids next door keep shouting and playing out of loud, open the connecting door. This is the first time I stay at hotel with this terrible soundproof room. I pay room only for sleep, but I only can sleep for 3 hours here.

The check-in wasn't a zip since we got a corner room with a bed facing the window and the TV on our right side of the bed. But the intern girl, Pitra was very helpful and found us a more comfortable room. The breakfast was also surprisingly awesome. Carmen and kitchen team prepared dairy-free yogurt for my lactose-intolerant needs. Last but not least, Min fix our room daily with pristine details. Definitely will come back.
