Service by Ryan Khor is very good. We will definitely come back. Food is good. Place is very nice and cosy too. Love the place. Location is good. Very convenient. Near mrt stations.👏 surrounded by many shops too and malls. Transport is easy too.

Great service and helpful staff. Good cleaning and respectful staff who don't enter or disturb. Good restaurants and stations nearby, which made it easier to travel and ideal for quick snacks. The gym was acceptable and the pool was great with a great view. Couldn't be happier!

Always an enjoyable experience at the Mercure Bugis .. staff are always helpful and great to deal with .. both Foh and housekeeping .. stayed here numerous times since 2016 and will happily return .. it is so centrally located with the Bugis mall right next door and 2 major MRT lines with a 5 minute walk ..

Cozy hotel lounge with good customer service. My friends and I wanted just a drink after our dinner. We were welcome by Ryan Khor from the bar. He is so friendly and make us felt so at ease. However, we felt that some light music would be better. We visit again for their happy hour 1-1.
