Excelent hotel in Singapore. The best location give us the possibility to go walking to the turistic center. Good staff. Excelent view at 70 floor. Magnific breakfeast still 11 am. Family with children. Very big room.

The overall stay was good. Just on the part where the phone's speaker was turned on a couple times in the middle of the night. This bothered me the whole night. And in-house guest are not entitled for free parking service which I hope the management can do some improvement here.

We also understand your disappointment with the chargeable parking, but the hotel is regretfully not at liberty to extend complimentary parking to our guests as the carpark is under a different ownership and management. Excellent service, rooms, location, and breakfast,so easy to catch the mtr. Adjacent to shops and walking distance to everywhere . Could not fault the hotel when the upgrade is complete will be even better.

Stayed 4D3N at this hotel. By location this hotel is very recommended as it's connected to Raffles City mall and to City Hall MRT. Easy access by taxi, bus or MRT. However room is quite old and need refurnishing. It's clean and quite large for 2 adults and 1 infant. The room shape however could be improved, as the bed is heading to the balcony and very hard to watch TV. Wifi is included but often got disconnect especially when using mobile.

The hotel is strategically located, with excellent views of Singapur Marina Bay and next to Chimes and in walking distance from Clark Quay and the Suntec Convention Hall. Regretfully the rooms are not up to 5 star hotel standard, they are in need of urgent renovation. Especially the bed!!! It was sleeping on a block of granite. It was apparently not only my bedroom as my colleagues had the same complain. The BF rooms was also something that should be revised as everyday there was a waiting line and on different hours. The BF quality was very good. Staff also very helpful.
