Cute hotel, but very busy! My room was actually pretty quiet considering which was great. The staff seemed confused about the dis-loyalty membership discounts which was frustrating, and I found it hard to get good service at both the roof and restaurant, as it was overrun with tourists/locals - same with the elevators. It’s in a great location though and pretty easy to get around

The room could use a little more shelf space. Other than that, excellent. Staff was outstanding.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean with excellent linen and towels. The hotel restaurant and rooftop bar were also excellent. We did think that our room was smaller than the norm. Very little space/shelves to keep clothes etc. Disappointed there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there was not really the space! We did enjoy our stay but would recommend to younger friends/relatives.
