Staff a girl who checked me in, I can’t remember her name, however she was extremely professional and I felt she cared for my needs. Room I was given was way better than the one I stayed in last time. So thank you for looking after me. Really appreciate.

Great stay and good value for money

My 5th or 6th time staying here. Great location, 2 minutes' walk from the railway station and 20/25 mins into central London. Sutton town centre moments away and a Morrison supermarket and Cafe across the road. Rooms are spacious for an IBIS hotel and are clean, tidy and modern.

We enjoyed a really good sleep,no noise from other guests,room was very clean,tea and coffee facilities,nice towels,lovely spacious bathroom. Nice buffet breakfast. We have family local,we will recommend this hotel,our go to hotel,on family visits.

Good customer service, Good facilities. The only thing that let the whole experience down was a faulty AC unit that made a deafening cranking sound when it was turned off and on.
