Terrible service, I sent an email to ask about the breakfast, they told me it was included but was charged for breakfast at the end of my stay, raised the complaint and they simply told me it was the hotels mistake but I still needed to pay for their misscommunication. I have never experienced something as bad in the ALL platform

We loved our stay at the 25hour Indre By. Our trip to Copenhagen was our first international travel with our 9 month old daughter and the staff at the hotel was incredibly accommodating by providing a crib, bottle warmer, and bath basin in our room without charge. The hotel was centrally located and walkable from all our destinations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Copenhagen especially families traveling with small children.

The room is big and spacious, location is very good. They also have free minibar containing water and beer. The staffs were very friendly. Those are the positif sides. However, I have to warn you that: 1. Shower can't be locked 2. Car stop to reception is quite far 3. No concierge service. In my opinion if you are a couple and not old then the hotel is great. However, it isn't fit for family with kids.

Staying many times, very disappointed with the check-in and room availability. As a Dimond member staying in this hotel every time in Copenhagen (while it is out of compliance on my budget allowed), µI did fill in all requests upfront and the hotel reached outby WhatApp to be sure all was OK. Important is a desk to allow me working in good conditions late in the evening with the US. At check in no attention was paid to any of my status or my request. Asking for a desk, they indicated, sorry, the room doesn't has this. Why are you chasing me down upfront, saying Im so important and loyalty if a basic request is not done. Of course I welcome an upgrade, that wasn't available (either) but that is as always based on availability. They didn't even bother and I know they won't change as the little card to welcome me in the room is already there. Meaning, the management knows it is me. Also late checkout until 1PM is not a late checkout for a diamond member. No option was provided. Having the room under the roof with the angle roof was then also bothering me more than normal and give a very small room feeling. Also, there seems to be NO harmonisation towards ALL.com and 25hours. repeatedly they have told me 'it is better to book directly'....

My feedback should be private please although it is really excellent. It is our second stay and we like the hotel, enjoy the very friendly staff (everywhere: Bar, breakfast, room keeping, reception, etc). Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. We also enjoyed a concert in the other 25h hotel for free, which is the cherry on the top :-)

We were allocated Room no 247 & 248 which were very disappointed as follows: 1. The rooms are in the uttermost of the walkway facing shopping street that wes so loud with ravellers evert night that we even could not sleep for the whole stay. 2. Poor lighting along the hall way. 3. Too many steps which are hassle for guests who have large luggage. 4. Poor in room amenities. No closet, no slippers, and poor lighting. The room was provided with one cheap plastic chair at the desk. 5. Rooms and facilities are not worth the money.

The first room I was given had a terrible odor. I reported the issue wgej I checked in and nothing happened. I reported the issue again later in the evening and finally someone was sent to my room to confirm the odor and see if there was anything they could do. Nothing could be done but the odor was confirmed. They said the would move us the next day but we had to vacate our room that morning and wouldn't be placed into another room until late that afternoon. So we slept with the odor and then woke up early to pack our bags. We were told we would be upgraded in our room. We were not, upgraded. Our second room was half the size of the first room. The sec9nd room didn't smell though.
