The hotel was in a great location. The room was lovely and really clean. The rooftop area and pool was lovely to relax in. The breakfast is served in the attached restaurant and was lovely. The staff lacked enthusiasm and energy it wasn't the best welcome. We had issues with the in room snacks and drinks being more than 18 months out of date, without much of an apology. My husband got a poorly stomach from the drink. One night we were woken and kept awake by noise overhead, despite complaints to reception it didn't stop. Checkout was minimal with no " did you have a nice stay", despite that I would stay again and request a different room.

Thank you for the excellent stay at the hotel. My wife and I stayed from October 30th to November 9th, and we were assigned room 234, on the sunset side. The room was spotless—spacious, very clean, with a large bathroom and an air conditioner that worked perfectly (it could freeze you!). It also had a minibar fridge, which was really important for keeping our drinks cold. The bed, linens, and pillows were all of great quality; everything was in excellent condition. We also really enjoyed the pool area, and from 5 to 6 PM they offer complimentary tastings of white wine, moscato, or sparkling wine—an amazing touch that truly enhances the experience. The resort fee includes beach chairs located 3–4 blocks from the hotel. The umbrella is not included—only the beach chairs. Beach towels are provided at the hotel. I saved the best for last: the staff, who genuinely make a difference at Uma House. At the pool, we were attended by Dario, who is incredibly kind, warm to talk to, and always attentive to every detail. He truly elevates that space. I also want to highlight the front desk team, who were wonderful—helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist. Among the people I interacted with, I especially want to mention Priscila, Pear, Guido, Lucia, Iran, and Facundo. Each of them helped me at some point with recommendations, special assistance, or solving an issue. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Fantastic hotel on Miami Beach. Great vibe, casual and fun. Rooftop pool and terasse are perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Daily happy hour called « Wineoclock » served daily and hosted by Dario, the best server, he turns happy hour into a guest meet and greet,serving prosecco and rose! One night torrential rain came down and Dario brought the bar downstairs to the lobby and turned an impromptu Wineoclock into a party! Cafe Americano in hotel is great too for breakfast, lunch or catch a game on many screens. Thanks guys and see you soon!

What a joke this place is . Parked outside and brought in our luggage to be met by staff with zero interest . In the few minutes to bring in the luggage we got a parking ticket for $35 Had a suite in Sunrise block booked but it was not yet cleaned at 6.30 pm ?????? . Eventually we got a " suite" in Sunset block instead . What we got was a small room with the door onto the suite locked To make it worse the floor was filthy . No matter how many times we explained about the door and floor all we got was "we will tell the manager" On returning the next evening we found the door onto suite unlocked but floor still filthy . On checkout we met the Manager and all we got was " those things happen " What a way to treat visitors
