My family just wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we received at Naru Seoul Hotel! Our concierge, April, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite the language barrier, she was incredibly patient and took the time to show us around the hotel, including the panoramic view of the river. She even surprised my youngest child with local snacks and a lovely hotel fragrance as a keepsake. Her kindness and warmth made our stay truly unforgettable, and we're so grateful for her hospitality. Bianca was excellent in her hospitality. Always warm smile and attentive to our needs! Hotel gave us a nice high floor river view room. Wife loves it and my kid enjoy it a lot. Very near to train station. We absolutely enjoy our stay here.
