It was our first time staying at Hotel Naru and I’m happy we made the decision to stay at this hotel. We had the Han river view from the room which was great. Rooms were comfortable with bathtub. Concierge April was helpful in handling my baggage and ensured I had all of them upon check in as I stored half of my baggages at the hotel 4 days prior to my stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay at hotel Naru and would come back again.

My family just wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we received at Naru Seoul Hotel! Our concierge, April, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite the language barrier, she was incredibly patient and took the time to show us around the hotel, including the panoramic view of the river. She even surprised my youngest child with local snacks and a lovely hotel fragrance as a keepsake. The Naru is an awesome hotel, with a spectacular view. It is conveniently located near a subway station (Mapo), and offers a fantastic breakfast! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bianca, the concierge who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable!
