Our experience didn’t start that smoothly, we arrived late at the hotel after a stressful journey, wanted to get some food and head to bed. The room service wait time was 1.5 hours, the main restaurant pretty much just served red meat, they couldn’t fit us in the bar and couldn’t serve the bar menu in the adjoining restaurant. Eventually they did move us nearer to the bar and served us bar food there, which was really appreciated. Location wise it’s easy to find, a short walk from Mapo station exit 4. The hotel itself is really nice, had all the amenities you’d want, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, just so many people so coffee service was quite slow. I do want to say a massive thank you to Vincent in the concierge team, I left my phone in a taxi and the next day he helped us track it down and get us a taxi to pick it up. I have no idea how he managed it with the very little information we could provide him, but he helped us so much and I’m extremely grateful!

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Naru Seoul, the service was amazing and Julye was very helpful and friendly welcoming us to the hotel. The facilities of the hotel were amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also located near the metro station so it was easy to go around.

The crews, especially Alice who kindly helped us on our request re our urgent business matter (we stay for a business). Really appreciate it! The room is very nice located in a very short walking distance to Mapo station. I got a river view room and it's very nice, clean and nice scent in the room.

One of best travel experiences

This is truly a five star experience. Everyone at hotel, their customer services and attention to details attitude, simply amazing. Location: has best view overlooking Han river. Located at Mapo district, five minutes walk to metro station for line 5; 10-15 minutes walk to many local restaurants. Hotel looks new and everything is well maintained. Super clean. Shampoo, body lotion all high quality; hotel also provides slipper, bath gown, dental kit and shaving kit. Lobby and concierge: they helped with several of my requests and totally met my needs. Breakfast: everyone was super nice and attentive. Food has many varieties. Coffee was excellent. Pool and spa: infinity pool has stunning views; spa was nice. Saw a few comments about limited visits per day, did not bother me at all. Also if you have a very crowded pool, your experience will not be great. Seoul was such a nice city I will definitely be back again.
