Great hotel with legit 5 stars experience (location, amenities, details, fixtures, view, etc.). Unlike some hotels in Korea which claim to be 5 stars but are actually 4 or 4.5 stars. If you see Teddy downstairs at the concierge you’ll know you’re in good hands- very helpful dude, willing to go the extra mile for guests 👍🏻 Stay and you will regret it!

It was my second time staying at this hotel and am once again leaving very impressed and extremely satisfied with my experience. The views of the river is amazing and the quality of service upheld by the staff has always been very professional and genuine. As a solo traveller i felt extremely safe, welcomed and was well taken care off by the team, especially by Kyle who made sure I got the service i needed. Teddy was also lovely! Definitely a must stay for anyone wanting to travel to Seoul!

Our favourite hotel! Great location with stunning views over the Han river. Delicious breakfast and excellent service throughout. We would like to mention Teddy our concierge in particular - he went above and beyond to help us with car rentals, ferry and other ticket bookings. Advised which apps to use to ease our travels around beautiful South Korea.
