Front office day Kim is very nice, you can find it if you have any questions. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my stay. I’m very disappointed to discover that several items I bought in Korea were missing from my luggage after our stay. We always double-check our room before leaving. I hope this can be taken seriously. I dont have any problems with the location, hotel services. Everything is great except we are missing stuffs.
