Check-in at ibis Ambassador Myeongdong was smooth and pleasant. I would especially like to compliment Loona at the front desk for her excellent service. She was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. She also informed us that we could request early check-in by scanning a QR code, which was very helpful and convenient, especially after a long journey.
