This hotel is truly exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. Lucas is very friendly and helps us check in quickly. The check-in process was seamless, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The room was immaculate, with a modern and elegant design that exuded comfort and luxury. The plush bedding and blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep, while the spacious bathroom with its high-end amenities added a touch of indulgence. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the serene spa and the stunning rooftop pool with panoramic city views. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. The hotel is right at the shopping area of Myeongdong, walking distance to Lotte and Shinsegae. You can easily travel around using the blue line to Seoul Ststion or the Green Line to other areas such as Gangjang Market. Jacob who handle our checkin is very helpful and polite and provided great service for our requests.

Amazing stay at the IBIS Ambassador Myeongdong. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Lucas, he helped us with our late checkout and accommodated our request for extra hours. Rooms was nice and clean. Great location, just a few steps from the Inchon airport bus stop and the Meyongdong night market. We stayed on the 17th floor and didn’t hear anything from the market. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Great way to start off your morning when most shops are closed in the area. Would 100% recommend this hotel and we will be back soon. Our stay for the past nine nights have been great & would like to extend our gratitude to Elly for the kind assistance. From the moment we checked in, the welcome was warm and they explained to us very well. The location of this hotel is superb, right smack in the heart of Myeongdong, 2 duty free shops (Lotte and Shinsaegae), lots of eateries / restaurants, subway is literally a 3 minutes walk, overall this is the BEST HOTEL TO STAY! :)

We stayed in Ibis Myeongdong twice already. It’s now our favorite hotel since the room is clean, decent and has a hotbath and gym. The best part is: its accessible to convenience stores, Myeongdong Street night market and shopping is right down the hotel. Lotte Mall is just across too and train station. Also staff Jane and Jacob assisted us so well. They did an amazing job and were very warm and helpful!
