서비스 친절하고 시설 깨끗하고 정말 기억에 남았던 좋은 숙박 경험이었습니다. 한강뷰도 좋았고 다양한 어매니티도 라운지도 정말 좋았네요 ^^ 다음에도 방문하고 싶어요. I had a wonderful stay with excellent service and immaculate facilities. The Han River view was amazing, and I loved the variety of amenities. It was truly a memorable experience! I definitely want to visit again.

Amazing hotel which exceeded my expectations. The staff are great and very friendly. Room is like heaven with high end amenities. Food is delicious and gastronomic. Very updated decorations and arts works with very secure elements. I would definitely come back and bring my family to enjoy this extraordinary hotel.

As a regular & loyal customer of Fairmont, I've stayed a week of time at the Fairmont Seoul in Aug 2024. While staying relatively long days during this visit, I was provided with more stable & even upgraded make-up room services. Especially, I would like to express my gratitude to the staffs who offered me an excellent service at the front desk (reception). In particular, Logan is the hotelier who is super-kind and caring at the front desk, remembering their regular customer's needs and taste, finally offering customized and flexible services. Jenna also has impressed me during my visit by offering a top-notch service. Indeed, she is professional and sensible from the start to the end of my stay at Fairmont Seoul. Last but not least, the quality of breakfast is fairly good even if had it every day, each of breakfast never bored me, offering various menus every day. The F&B manager especially remembered my taste and prepared for a special egg even before ordering. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Fairmont Seoul if you would like to experience what a top-tier hotel is.

Wonderful evening at the Fairmont Ambassador. We enjoyed a great cocktail and chocolate at the bar. The scenery, the view were so beautiful and the overall experience was unforgettable thanks to the bartender. Kudos to Raphael for the good time! See you next time in Seoul!

Worst accor hotel experience....Very poor hospitality and etiquettes....

I went to fairmont seoul for points burning enquiry and their behaviour was very rude, the women in the reception and the, gentleman in the spectrum Restaurant was very simple and they should learn so much etiquettes form other Asian countries.....I have been to many aacor hotels worst experience ever....
