During this first stay with my wife, I was impressed that there is such a wonderful hotel in Korea. Looking at the hotel's facilities, I was able to feel the unique and outstanding architectural beauty that makes it worthy of being a landmark of Seoul, which can be easily seen from across the Han River several kilometers away. Also, the closer I got to the building, the more I was impressed by its design. When I entered the lobby, I was overwhelmed by the sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere that I couldn't take my eyes off, and I felt like I was receiving a relaxed and comfortable welcome through the wide openness, just like the overseas Fairmont hotels. Among the hotel restaurants, I was surprised by the very high quality of the food at Spectrum. In particular, I could feel the freshness of the seafood, and the quality of the meat, as well as the signature Peking duck, was very good. My wife and I especially loved Mariposa on the 29th floor, where we stopped by at night after dinner, and the cocktails we had with the unforgettable night view were the most meaningful experience in our 20 years of marriage. If I were to talk about all the employees working at Fairmont Seoul, more than anything, they were so handsome and beautiful. When I saw the basic posture of making eye contact and listening to the story, as well as the elegant hand gestures and tone of voice, I couldn't help but admire that the employee training was really thorough. Also, I was surprised to see that there were many foreign employees who spoke Korean well, and I thought it was worthy of the reputation of a top global brand. As a result, Fairmont Ambassador Seoul was my favorite hotel that I would unquestionably visit again and I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Fairmont Seoul for providing a valuable experience to my wife and myself.

chely thankful to Camlle on front desk! I lost an expensive ring while shopping, but I need to go airport urgently. Camlle was helping me calling the store,the building and head-office continuously from Saturday to Monday and kept connected with me! She had quick response to arrange me taxi to store and airport made me catch the flight as well! She is extremely friendly, professional, kind, smart and responsible! Feeling lucky to meet such outstanding staff in FAIRMONT will come back again!

One of the best luxury hotel I have seen in S Korea and service was very good. The hotels design is unique, it is beautiful at night. I really loved the atmosphere at M29 and Mariposa.There was staff called Bek had very polite welcoming with professional manners, plus very attentive.

From check in to check out, all the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was excellent. Large rooms with modern fixtures and luxe amenities. The hotel smelled amazing too. Truly a 5-star experience!
