Had a great experience here! Very new and luxurious lobby with a lot of amenities. Great rooms and smells great. The hotel staff are all so accommodating! (Thank you sally for being so helpful!) I got here at 7am and they were helpful in finding a room for me!

Sally was amazing at the check in counter hotel was in a very cool area ! Great location! I paid for early check in since the check in time was 3 pm and i arrived at 7am it's a great service also the gym is super nice! And they have so many restaurants here

Great hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Sally at the front desk was very pleasant. Room was clean. Checkout and check in was easy. Walking distance to the nightlife in itaewon (about a 10-15 minute walk) was a very enjoyable experience staying there.

Excellent customer service Tami 😊 . Room super clean with all the amenities inside the hotel. Tasty food, good food. Walking distance to all bars and antique stores. Night life is amazing close to the hotel and it is safe during all hours surrounding the hotel

A notable feature was the large soaking tub, which was appreciated after a day of work. The hotel's buffet met expectations, offering a decent selection of dishes. An additional amenity was the pastry shop located in the basement, which provided a good variety of pastries.
