I was able to check in much earlier than expected, which was a huge relief after a long journey. The entire team was very helpful, and the process was smooth and friendly. A special thank you to Sally: her warm attitude and dedication made my stay noticeably more pleasant from the very beginning. A clear recommendation for anyone who values great service and genuine hospitality.

Great location in itaewon! Very close to many restaurants and things to do. There are also many subway lines nearby to many attractions

No Air Conditioning, Lots of Mosquitoes! Overall, the staff is nice, but management is squeezing every bit of profit over hospitality and leisure: - Dining, drinking options very limited based on time of day. - Air conditioning off in entire building - Breakfast only opened to 10am - Room cleaning basics, unless request full service Dining options are abundant, yet few associated with the hotel. Beware if you’re trying to use your AMEX credit. High tea? Sure, book it two days in advance. Happy hour? Sure, 7 to 9pm when you should be having dinner. Breakfast? Sure, it’s over at 10am (global standard is 11am) Rooms are in pretty good shape. Air Conditioning? Nope, not if the outside temp is below 70 degrees. They don’t run ANY air conditioning after a certain average temperature outside. Heat rises. And, on the 15th or higher floors it gets uncomfortable. Open the window? Sure, get swarmed by mosquitoes. Overall, the staff is kind and doing their best. But, management of this hotel is compromising some marginal profit at the expense of hospitality, leisure and ease of use. Beware of these issues when booking this Mondrian which isn’t meeting its brand promise.

Great and convenient stay!

Great hotel in a good location for us. We opted for Itaewon as we wanted to be close.to halal food and the mosque. It's only a 15-20 minute walk to the world food street and another 5 to the mosque which was really handy when we woke up late for Friday prayers and grabbing a quick bite before heading to Incheon. We stayed for 6 days in total but split the stay as went to busan half way through. We booked through Amex for the first stay and tot complimentary breakfast, free upgrade and £100 gift voucher. The latter came in handy as went down for breakfast one day and there weren't any tables available and a queue of people waiting to get in, so we had to order room service. I would say for a big hotel like this, the restaurant is not big enough at all. The staff were great and helped us with the pushchair when getting in and out of taxis. Having a convenience store and 2 bakeries in the hotel was so helpful as we took our 2nd stay without breakfast so we could easily pop down to get some boiled in and croissant. In all, it was a good stay and would recommend the hotel, but next time I may stay in a different area!
