this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. They will leave you in a room for six hours where the AC is not working And you will call to explain it and they will ignore you until you go yourself to the reception and demand for it to be Fixed .The hotel staff take long time to do a simple request, You have to call 4 to 5 time speak to multiple people to have what you want this is as simple as an ice bucket, a blanket request. And don’t let me start on when I lose my item in the room and I reported it to them they ignored it. No one took an action or even follow up with me on that. I kept calling them about my missing item until my check out. They didn’t take an action and when I told them I need to leave for my flight, I need you to either give me my stuff or give me the cost of it, they say oh we will now go and buy you the stuff, but our people will arrive at 4 PM, but you know that I will be checking out at 12 why you didn’t send anyone before to buy the stuff and you know my flight as is at 2 !!! they reply well, we cannot do anything about it either you stay to get the stuff or you can go. In summary, if you wanna enjoy your time in Dubai, this is not the destination you would like to stay in. There is many other hotels that will provide with good services. Respect you as a customer and will do everything in their power for you to have a good day.

The exterior is stunning, a perfect blend of modern elegance and timeless charm, setting the stage for what would be a memorable experience. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the staff, whose hospitality immediately stood out. They really did acknowledge myself and my partner's anniversary, which felt so lovely. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was genuinely friendly and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. They went out of their way to assist with any requests, always with a smile and an incredible level of professionalism. Their personalized service made me feel not just like a guest, but genuinely cared for. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The valet / parking is a disaster at peak times. The cigar lounged tried to charge a minimum without telling me in advance and even though I’m a hotel guest. Nice rooms, nice staff, but not for me.
