Uitstekend hotel: ruime kamer, goed bed, goede warme douche, genoeg kastruimte, goed werkende airco en klantvriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt voor ieder wat wils en items worden steeds aangevuld. Kamers worden goed schoongemaakt, koffie, thee en flessen drinkwater elke dag bevoorraad. Kluis inclusief kamerprijs. Prima locatie qua openbaar vervoer, winkels en restaurants. Dit is ons tweede verblijf hier met een tussenpoze van 5 jaar en geen verschil in beide verblijven. Al met al een heerlijk hotel.

Het is een geweldig hotel met vriendelijke en kundige medewerkers. Extra het vermelden waard is de receptioniste die ons heel goed en vriendelijk geholpen heeft, ze heet Jennis. En de ligging is natuurlijk super, je loopt zo de Pavilion Shoppingmall in! Deze hotel kunnen wij van harte aanbevelen!

Sudah beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini dan akhirnya selalu menginap di sini. Location, amenities, rooms sudah pasti sangat baik. Namun yang paling saya suka adalah service mereka. Di the courtyard for breakfast ada mr. Shoeb dan mr. Anderson serta team yang selalu mengingat saya dan mengakomodir segala kebutuhan saya, memastikan bahwa table saya selalu bersih setiap kali saya kembali dari mengambil makanan. Di lounge ada team yang attentive dan akomodatif Ms. Hafiza dan Ms. Aini yang goes extra mile to ensure my comfort. To them and the team, I would like to extend my gratitude and looking forward to feel welcome again in the premises.
