Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed By Banyan Tree

As a resident of Kuala Lumpur, I often have staycations in the various hotels in the city. I have stayed in several in the KLCC area but had never tried the Pavilion Hotel. My friends and I are ACCOR members so we thought we would give it a try! I was VERY pleasantly surprised! It is most certainly a 5-star hotel but with reasonable room rates. The staff is very professional and well-trained. Very friendly and most accommodating! At Breakfast, the manager there, Edward was very accommodating and personally served my friends a hot pot of tea. The Chef came out and even gave our youngest guest a bowl of strawberries even though there were none on the buffet line. I love my fresh pressed juice and noticed they did not have any carrots. I asked Mr. Edward if he could have carrots available for the next morning as an option for the pressed juice and he made it happen! In the Club lounge, there was a lovely variety of food. some nice fresh smoked salmon. But, there were no lemons or capers to go along with it. I asked one of the staff if they could provide the lemon and capers for the next evening. Once again my request was granted. The staff at Pavilion Hotel go ABOVE and beyond to make their guests happy. I highly recommend this hotel as the facility is top notch but it is the staff that really make the hotel a gem in the city! I will most definitely choose this hotel for my next staycation!

Highly recommended, it is accessible to everywhere in a walking distance. Shopping mall, cafe, restaurants and spa are nearby too. Staffs are really nice and helpful. Cleanliness tip top, there is nothing bad about it. I will definitely return for my next KL trip.

The best thing about this hotel is the connected access to Pavilion mall. It is so convenient! The rooms are clean, modern & spacious. Housekeeping is top notch and facilities are good even though the pool is small. Breakfast deserves a shout out - such a wide spread and variety of Asian and western dishes. Live roti canal station is great. Waffles and teh tarik one of the best I’ve had at a hotel breakfast.

Staff are friendly and professional. The event banquet was handled well, thanks to the crew and audio technician behind the scenes. Also, specially thank Christina for answering my queries throughout the process. Thank you Ridwan for being friendly and guiding my team at the Courtyard. The in-house stay experience was comfortable. The location is strategic and convenient at the heart of KL. Keep up the excellent work!

Amazing hotel right next to Pavillion Shopping Centre. We arrived early (check in states 3.00pm) and the staff in the Clubroom ensured that we had a hot drink during the check in. Room was ready only a couple of hours after arrival. We had booked Grand Oasis Clubroom and couldn’t fault the size of the room. All the staff in the Clubroom were very helpful during breakfast and evening Canapés. Our room was always clean and staff made sure that there was always enough drinking water for the day. We were also given a late check out as we had a late afternoon flight back home. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits KL.
