Saya tiba 30 desember 2024 malam , saya bayar extra bed dengan sarapan tapi keesokan pagi saya mau sarapan , saya ditolak katanya extra bed saya tidak dengan sarapan , terpaksa sarapan saya urus manual potong deposit di resepsionis , saya juga mengurus untuk breakfast 2 hari selanjut nya , dan dipastikan oleh resepsionis kalau untuk hari selanjut nya saya tinggal masuk sarapan saja , karena sudah di update di sistem , di hari kedua saya pergi sarapan ternyata saya juga ditolak oleh karyawan perempuan yang bertugas di pintu masuk sarapan , sungguh memalukan karena sudah ditolak dua kali di depan umum dimana ada tamu lain juga yang melihat saya ditolak dengan tegas , sungguh mengecewakan saya prosedur hotel kayak begini , sungguh kacau , tidak sebanding dengan bintang hotel , lebih mirip ke hotel bintang satu saja

很棒的飯店，很乾淨，又在市中心，所以逛街也很方便。飯店樓下就是精品店，所以買東西逛街都很方便。 缺點是，飯店的冷氣很冷，就算關起來還是很冷。

От аэропорта 30 минут. Быстрое заселение. Просторный номер с видом на город. Жили на 13А этаже. На нем же расположен Lounge club. Работает с 17:30 до 19:30. Предлагается легкий ужин с напитками. Бассейн работает до 22:00. На открытом воздухе. Вид симпатичный на город. Завтрак достаточный, любимая лапша), европейский, индийский, малайзийский. Свежевыжатый сок, кофе, сладости. Много улыбок, вежливый персонал. В номере удобная кровать, мягкие подушки, воздушное одеяло. Розетка для русской зарядки есть) А когда вы будете готовы выйти в город, то все близко и удобно). На шопинг просто спускаетесь вниз до 3 этажа.

J’ai séjourné 11 nuits à l hôtel pavillon: c’était top. Emplacement merveilleux pour moi . Tout à côté à pieds : 7 min du Nouveau Centre TRX, 15 min de KLCC, 8 min du marché de nuit etc . Donc pas besoin de l’application grab 😂😓sauf pour aller à Putrajaya. Concernant le club je remercie toute l’équipe ( Aiman, Teven,Sabree, Natasha) qui ont été d’une aide précieuse. L’emplacement joue un rôle important dans mon choix d hôtel mais aussi le staff. Et donc l’équipe du club fait que je choisis cet hôtel . Toujours souriant, aimable et surtout très patient . En gros une équipe très professionnelle. Je recommande
