We’re late to check in, feel exhausted and sleepy, but this is what we got from their staff: 1. Late check-out is not possible even though i’m accor plus member which is one of the benefit that supposed to be offered. Compared to the previous night i got late check out at 6PM at Phuket and Tokyo, they even offer me to get the advantage 2. The staff didn’t give us the complementary voucher for welcome drink. Normally the staff give that with the key 3. The reception is rude, no greetings no smile 4. Got no treatment for members (which normally i got letters, even fruit or snacks) I just feel like staying not in accor hotel.

Thank you so much Ibis Hotel KLCC, room and bed is super comfortable hotel staff are very nice. I would like to thank Ms. JUNITA of front desk she's very nice and Ms. BALQIS of front desk also. My husband enjoyed their cafe americano from the coffee machine during breakfast will surely come back again. 😊

Overall our room (Level 25 - room number 2501 ) was clean & very good shower + daily refresh room no matther what time of day, view looks out to main road and beyond and glimps of Petronas Tower. Dinner buffet all you can eat was value for money. The only advice get there early in restaurant for the best value. Rooftop pool is a good and clean for couple and family to enjoy until late time.

Hotel overall is good with this price.. Cleanliness of the room is good, when reach hotel.. Warm welcome by staff.. Quick check in and check out with simple procedure.. Lift access need room card, secure and privacy for the customer.. Breakfast buffet nice, and with variety choices.. Included nasi lemak, western, Chinese.. And many more.. Walking distance to klcc, and free car parking too.. But, sound proof of the room need to improve, and bedsheets or pillow sheets need take more care, as alot stain on the sheet..

We arrived at 9am as we had an early international flight and we did not expect to be booked in, just to drop off bags but the room was ready and we could check in….great surprise!!! Room was on a nice high floor so we had a great view, it was clean and was of the usual Ibis style- the bed was super comfy as well Unfortunately on the first night we did have some really inconsiderate neighbours who insisted on having loud phone conversations in the corridor at 1am so that was not great and we did call down to the front desk about this… Negatives were the breakfast- there was a massive choice but quality was not great and as a lot of other reviewers have said- get there early or it is a bun fight!!! Staff were helpful, all our fuses blew one evening and the response was immediate Not sure if we would stay here again but it was ok
