Wonderful place to relax in the heart of the kl city. Top notch services by all the staffs from the kitchen up to the entrances. The food is also something that we can’t be missed. The room service also does a very tidy job

It is now official, in my opinion, this is the best hotel I have stayed in KL, the spa was so good with local talents, the hotel feels very private and exclusive with only 50 rooms, and the view from the room, restaurant and bar is the best in town. The staff are so kind and helpful, across everyone I met. This is officially my go-to hotel whenever I want to feel pampered and rested in KL. Highly recommended.

Exceptional experience ! The staff and all the arrangements made for our short staycation was simply perfect ! It was the little thing/ that made it special , it was more than what we expected - will surely recommend to others !

My second time checkin here when i want to celebrate special day this time for my partner - Banyan the best no 1 services top from all the staff i have been treats coz i always explore to stay any fancy and luxury hotel in kuala lumpur- i choose staff very good services from boy at level 1 till the end thum up from me- not forget all staff at HG level 58 so sporting to sing song HBirthday-the guy attend me when im checkin i forget his name coz tht day im so excited to supprise my partner 😬 my last minute checkin he prepare for me welcome barner HAppy birthday and the cake wish thank you so much every body

We were spoilt for choices when deciding which hotel to stay at for our first visit to KL after the pandemic. Happy that we decided on Banyan Tree - our first Banyan Tree experience actually. It was a different feel compared to other hotels. Especially love the evening turn down service whereby the room was filled with the therapeutic essential oil & incense smell. The service was excellent - from the lobby staff to housekeeping. Best part is you can communicate with them via WhatsApp on the go! For eg, I requested for bubble bath to be set up while I was out for dinner. When I went back to the room, I could soak into the dreamy bubble bath immediately! Can't wait for our next Banyan Tree experience!
