Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits et ne pouvons que vous conseiller cet hôtel ! La chambre était énorme et niveau confort c’était le top! Jusqu’à choisir l’odeur des essences parfumées mises dans la chambre, le type d’oreillers etc… Dans la salle de bain tout le nécessaire y compris brosse à cheveux pour madame, rasoir pour monsieur, loofah pour se laver…. La salle de bain est toute vitrée avec vue sur la ville c’est superbe! Une piscine avec vue sur la ville ainsi que les tours Petronas est accessible au 53eme étage, nous vous conseillons d’aller y faire un tour tout comme aller boire un verre le soir au rooftop histoire d’avoir une superbe vue sur la ville encore une fois. C’est le plus haut rooftop de Kuala Lumpur! Un grand parking souterrain est disponible gratuitement nous vous déconseillons de prendre le voiturier qui va vous sauter dessus à peine vous êtes arrivés (ne travaille pas pour l’hôtel directement…)

Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe bu Banyan Tree KL pour cet agréable séjour. La bienveillance et la courtoisie de Mr Otte durant tout le processus de réservation avec l'amabilité de Rozi et sa patience. J'ai aussi apprécié aussi mon surclassement en suite en tant que membre Accor Diamond. A l'arrivée, l'acceuil accordé par Mr Bin Jimin m'a fait oublié la fatigue des 11h de vol et surtout l'absence de bagagiste au lobby, malgré la fatigue on a dû pousser nos bagages jusqu'à la réception au 53ème étage ! Quand on n'est pas habitué, ça dénote mais peut être que je suis arrivé au mauvais moment 😉 La visite de Mr Otte le lendemain lors de mon petit déjeuner et l'échange que nous avons eu m'a agréablement touché 🙏. Reste que le geste qui m'a touché le plus a été la venue de Mr Rejab en personne lors de la livraison du petit déjeuner par le room service. C'est sûr qu'il est pour quelque chose avec la qualité de la restauration et sa diversité 👌 Dommage que je n'ai pas pu profiter plus par manque de temps. La suite a une vue imprenable sur KL, les tours Petronas, la kl tower... Le spa aussi offre de bonnes prestations. Enfin, la dernière nuit, Faissal du guest relation qui s'est occupé de mon check-out a été très sympa et a tout réglé à la perfection. Merci le Banyan Tree 🙏 C'est sûr que je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

숙소도 너무 좋았고, 뷰도 너무 끝내줬어요. 특히 욕실뷰가 대박이었는데, 트윈타워가 아주 잘 보였습니다. 아침 조식도 맛있어요! 저는 특히 나시르막이 맛있었고, 식사하는데 ERWAN 이라는 직원분께서 신경많이 써주셨는데 그래서 정말 맛있고 기분좋게 식사했습니다.
