勤務している高校の海外研修旅行で１９名の団体で2泊、宿泊しました。 とても活気のある地域に、静寂さを伴う落ち着いたホテルが素晴らしいです。 スタッフのホスピタリティとフレンドリーさもホテルの品格に合う素晴らしいものです。 部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気と寛げるレイアウトがよかったです。ベッドはとても広く気持ちよく眠れるものでした。また窓からの風景もクアラルンプールの活気を感じるもので、気持ちが昂ります。 さらに朝食が素晴らしく、すべてが上品な味わい深いものでした。マレーシアらしく多民族に合わせた品数の多さと五つ星ホテルにふさわしい美味しさでした。２泊目は飛行機の出発が早く、レストランでの朝食が間に合わず、ケータリングの食事もとても美味しいものでした。そのため２回食べることができなかったのがとても残念でした。 スタッフの対応の早さの一例として、私がロック・アウトをした際のカードキー再発行でスマートに素早く対応してくれたことです。 私が多くの荷物を持っていたため、部屋のカードキーをセットした途端に重いドアが閉まってしまい、締め出されてしまいました。すぐにホテルの１階のコンシェルジュに下手な英語で伝えると、慌てていた私を落ち着かせるようににこやかに和やかな声で「すぐに対応できます」と数分でカードキーを発行してくれました。 唯一、残念だったのは、バスルームのガラス棚に薄く埃があったことです。ベッドルームがとても清潔な分、印象に残ってしまいました。 期待が高かったため、さらに向上していただきたく、このような評価をしました。 アメリカ資本やアジア資本のホテルチェーンとは違う華美にならない上品さと寛げる落ち着きが特徴と思います。 次回はプライベートで是非とも宿泊したいと思います。

最初から静かなお部屋にして欲しかった！

モノレール駅「Raja Chutan」Ｃ出口から徒歩５分との案内でしたのでモノレールを利用しホテルに向かいました。この駅には、エレベーターやエスカレーターが無く長い階段をスーツケースを持って降りるのに、高齢女性にはとても辛かったです。ホテルまでの道も荒れていて苦痛でした。荷物が有る場合はGrabを利用すべきでした。20時過ぎにチェクイン。若い男性スタッフでしたが、とても丁寧で英語がほぼ出来ない私に翻訳アプリを使用して日本語に訳して対応してくれました。ただ納得のいかない出来事が有りました。私が「Nice View please」と言うと「Yes」とお返事が有りました。案内されたお部屋が客室最下階の1106号室でした。広くて綺麗なお部屋でしたが、一日中外から機械音がしてストレスで眠れませんでした。クラーを止めても騒音は止まりませんでした。耳栓をしましたが効果は無く、頭痛がしてこれ以上我慢ができませんでした。３泊予定でしたので、２泊目の23時にフロントに行って、お部屋の変更をお願いしました。すると直ぐに1920号室に変更してくれました。こちらのお部屋はとても静かで信じられませんでした。最初のお部屋はなんだったのでしょうか？ 良かった点はドアマンの方に、スマホにGrabの設定を手助けしていただきとても助かりました。ショピングセンター「パビリオン」にはお隣の「バンヤンシグネチャーズ」から空中歩道が利用でき、雨の中便利でした。ツインタワーには徒歩1４分で、夜のライトアップや噴水ショウーが見ることができて良かったです。

Ma première expérience dans cet hôtel. Il est immense ! Mais quel service et quelle efficacité ! Cet hôtel est situé dans le triangle d’or de KL. Zone très sure. Il est situé à environ 45 min de l’aéroport en taxi. A l’arrivée, j’ai été accompagné au lounge pour l’enregistrement. Service parfait ! J’ai été surclassés dans la suite 2905. Cette suite a je pense été récemment rénovée. Tout est fonctionnel et les matériaux et l’ameublement de qualité. Le lit est très confortable. Attention particulière à mon arrivée : un plateau de délices sucrés. Merci pour cette délicate attention. Les petits déjeuners du Lounge sont très bons, service à table. Idem pour l’apéritif le soir. J’ai diné deux fois à l’hôtel. Service rapide et plats internationaux. Mention spéciale aux personnels du Lounge, en particulier Adam ! Service exceptionnel ! Piscine (non testée) et salle de sport (testée) très complète. Vous pouvez aller dans cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! vous ne le regretterez pas.
