Service needs improvement, inaccurate photos of suites on websites

Check in was disorganised. Photos of the rooms on website are misleading. I asked when booking 3 months ahead whether the Wellness suite was the one on the website with bunkbeds as I'm traveling with two young children, the staff responded with a description of the climbing walls in the kids room, so I booked the wellness room. upon check in i was told it wasn't. which was fine, except check in took an hour. despite a 30 lbs sleeping child hanging off my arms, when asked where we could wait while being checked in we were told to go to the 'coworking space'. We were given a suite that was dimly lit facing construction site. the 'balconies' were covered in bird poop and other stains so were unusable. Knowing how unreliable the service and communication was I booked and reconfirmed twice for the transfer from hotel to the airport, only to be told it was not on record on the morning of our flight. Fortunately the car was there but the staff just did not communicate to each other or their system of communication is broken so whenever I asked no one knew what was happening and all staff seemed to be in a constant state of confusion.

However, I understand from your comment that your recent stay was not to your expectations, and you were unhappy with your arrival experience, with the room arrangement, with the lack of information and communication from our team and with your departure experience. Additionally, as we have a number of newcomers, we have re-enforced the product knowledge trainings to ensure our team is able to confidently convey the information about the hotel facilities and services to our guests without any concerns. Nevertheless, following your feedback, I acknowledge that there is still more improvement to make, and we will ensure to provide further coaching and supervision to our receptionist team to streamline the communication and avoid such reoccurrence in the future. While I may not be able to take away your negative feeling from your last visit, I trust this will bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matters to me. It was a birthday decision to come to Bangkock with friends. I am pleased that we made the choice. The hotel deserves 5 stars and we will revisit. The staff, Jah and team in Nourish, wow, were wonderful if I was in the hospitality business I would not hesitate in employ them. The general manager is everywhere, you can tell that the hotel is superbly managed.

I recently stayed at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok and had a delightful experience. The location is optimal, as it provides convenient access to public transportation and neighbouring attractions. The modern furnishings and spotless, comfortable rooms contributed to an enjoyable stay. The staff was accommodating and amenable to any enquiries. The restaurant and pool were exceptional, providing a tranquil environment. In general, I would strongly endorse this hotel for both business and leisure travellers.

Movenpick bdsm is a gem. Quiet, you do not feel yoi are in a bustling city. The service is absolutely outstanding, the food is exquisite. Amenities plentiful. Many health classes, high end massages and the proximity of bdms wellness organization. We can only recommend this hotel warmly. Staff is especially attentionate from all, but we could mention mr Pong in the restaurant, mr Peach and Ton as great concierges and more....

Wonderful resort in the middle of Bangkok with convenient access to major attractions and shopping facilities. The Wellness clinic is amazing, world class facilities and treatments. Must try one of their IV drips. Food was great and the breakfast buffet has a great salad and health bar. Overall, one of the best places you can stay. Definitely recommend!
