I was very pleased with my stay at the Ibis Styles. The room was nice and modern, pretty big, great views, a good bathroom with proper functioning shower, and all the amenities. There was even a fruit bowl waiting for me! Location is great if you want to be near Sukhumvit, soi 4 is a little dodgy, but convenient. I did hear some of the party music at night, even on the 10th floor, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The rooftop pool and bar are great, fantastic views again, and they do some amazing (albeit expensive) cocktails. The included breakfast was great, with lovely views again, and they even had rice soup, which is my favorite Thai breakfast. Staff was very friendly and efficient as well, so I really can't complain. The only minor thing is that I couldn't use my Accor points if I hadn't booked with them or mentioned it to the staff at the bar, and for my next booking I could only use 2000 points for some reason.

Ploy was amazing she sorted me out at four am in the morning when i was really struggling mentally and physically and she was so caring and supported me professionally. and also because it was so late and i did not have any thai baht she also helped me with giving me information about changing money and information about other areas.

Beautiful hotel, great view from the top floor swimming pool but the most amazing of all was the customer service we received from Melbourne at the front desk! We booked this hotel initially for one night but we will cancel all other reservations to stay here for the rest of our trip.
