Good spacious and clean rooms, the breakfast at Lily Fu’s was very just amazing with a huge spread.The location is just right in the centre of Soi 11 with everything in walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Bangkok.

The cleaning team are very friendly and excellent at there job. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Taew was in particular very helpful and made my stay more enjoyable. I will definately stay in The Mercure again. Please could you pass my thanks on to Taew and the team.

Our housekeeping was the best and very service and take care of our 4 room , and we feel like it’s our home.. the names of them is KAN and WARN thank you for your service ..we promise to come again to this hotel…the room was very clean, the crew was very polite and nice..

EN. We had an amazing stay in this Hotel! Everything we asked was done and the staff is really helpful and kind. Especial remarks on restaurant and room service guys, like Natty from Dinner an Ice in the breakfast. Stayed from November 21st to November 25th, 2024. Awesome location near SkyTrain and many shopping malls. Recommend. Bebidas, Pommy, the Travel Agent in charge was extremely efficient and kind with me and my Mother in arranging private tours to the famous train market and floating market! PT. Tivemos uma excelente estadia nesse Hotel de 21 a 25 de Novembro de 2024. Tudo o que pedimos nos foi concedido para nosso bem estar. Com excelente equipe destacando a Natty do Jantar no Restaurante do Hotel e o Ice do café da manhã. A Pommy que era a agente de viagem de plantão nos ajudou muito no tour privado para o mercado do trem e mercado flutuante que foram passeios muito bons e diferentes além de tradicionais em Bangkok e redondezas. Recomendo
