The hotel staff were amazing and always there to help. Adison S was always a joy to speak to and was extremely helpful in setting up transport or guiding us in the right direction. Rooms were clean and comfortably and gym had most things you need to stay fit. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

One of my favourite hotel in Bangkok. Kept coming back and its been a while after Covid. Still impress me the same. Friendly staff members throughout hotel. Awesome room. Great bathroom. Air com is still an issue for years since i first stayed. The adjusted temperature did not work. Only one thing that the staff probably need to be aware of.. The note for guest placed with welcome fruit plate was for the wrong person 😂. It was not my name, but someone else.

The hotel ataff really took care of everuthkng for us...its a great location, good food oprions nearby, close to a metro..the staff was really reallh polite. Kook really went the extra mile to take care of our onboarding and assisted throughout.
