I came several times and weeks at the Mercure Sukhumvit 11 and each time it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Rooms are very spacious with all amenities, nice views from the upper floors, the Privilege lounge offers a great choice of food and drinks. And more importantly, the staff is friendly and always keen to help for any enquiry. I would deinitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok and I can't wait to come back again for my next stay in the capital.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff is wonderful. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable about Bangkok, and very helpful. I’ve had a wonderful stay here, and will book my stay here again next year. I wanted to go to the Muay Thai Boxing match here in Bangkok. Adison was able to get me ringside tickets. It was awesome. The entire staff has been amazing.
