We had a business lunch recently, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff, from management to the waitresses, were incredibly attentive, especially Ms.Aoy Restaurant Supervisor. They frequently checked on us and ensured our table was always clean and organized. The buffet lunch was convenient and well-priced, offering great value for money. The variety of food was just right, and everything was fresh and delicious. It’s the perfect spot for an easy and hassle-free buffet lunch, especially for a team gathering. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food, great service, and a comfortable dining atmosphere

Enjoying my stay here. Bed, pillows, restaurant, upstairs pool/bar, location are all excellent, though this street (soi 4) is filled with streetwalkers in the evening. But they do not hassle you, and you can avoid them by diverting to another way to get to the main avenue. The woman daily taking care of my room, Namyen, is a sweet young woman who is so helpful and just perfect! Quite inexpensive here too. And in the same building is an Ibis, if you want something even less expensive.

We arrived early and Tor on Front Desk went above and beyond to help us and certainly gets a 5 out of 5 in our opinion. He accommodated fully throughout the check in process and can’t thank him enough. The staff from the house keeping, concierge and pool staff were as usual fab, very friendly and professional. The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 is the 'go-to' hotel in Bangkok for myself and friends during our annual golf rip to Thailand. It is very well positioned in the heart of Sukhumvit and provides ready access to markets, entertainment areas and public transport. The rooms are very clean and the staff both professional and friendly. This was my 5th stay and we will be returning next year, A special thanks to Ms Chankhum who was very helpful and patient in assisting with booking changes.
