We needed an early arrival. Manager Eddy and guest relations Mike and Toy were very kind and helpful. A warm welcome! Hotel is beautifully and located in a convenient area with shops and restaurants nearby. It was an easy taxi from the train station.

Excellent and friendly service from all of the staff especially Tent, Guest Experience Manager and Mam who always ready to assist. Location of the hotel also unbeatable, close to everything ( shopping malls, Massage shops or restaurants) within walking distance. We really had great time and definitely come back again soon.

Room 0918 was a nice room, but we encountered two issues upon checking in; the toilet sliding door came out of alignments and couldn't close. This happened twice! But the technical crew came to fix it, and it was resolved. The other is the in-house safe, though the hotel came to fix them. In the end, we never use the safe. Lastly, I bought some postcards with stamps. I asked the receptionist, and the reply was that the hotel does not help to post fir the guest . I asked if there was a mailbox nearby, and she told me there was none. There is, just on the road close to Siam Paragon. I think the hotel staff should be familiar with the hotel's surroundings!

Relaxing in the lounge after a long work day. Mam is very gracious and the service is very nice. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to major shopping and restaurants, and 2 minutes from both BTS skytrains. The hotel feels like my home away from home
