We stayed at the hotel as a family. It is in a very good location, not far from the city center. The hotel is brand new and of good quality. We especially liked the breakfast, which was tailored according to the guests' requests. Overall, the experience was perfect. We will stay in the same hotel if we go to Plovdiv again.

This was my first time staying here and it was amazing. The front desk staff were so warm and pleasant which made the check in experience great. They were even so kind to help me get a taxi to where I needed to go. The rooms are very nice and the bed is so comfortable! Next time I am in Plovdiv I will definitely be staying here!!

Everything was perfect, the best staff, very good breakfast, very nice room and bed. Just to ask the reception to explain how room commands & AA works in case is you first stay in the hotel.
