At the same time, we are sorry that certain aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the windows, as part of the Accor family, our hotel follows international safety standards and regulations regarding room window design. For guests who prefer the possibility of enjoying fresh air directly from their room, we have intentionally created a selection of rooms with balconies, providing an additional connection with the outdoors. We understand that having an opening window is an important personal preference for some guests, and we would be happy to assist with selecting the most suitable room category for any future stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding our breakfast experience. We understand that an à la carte concept may sometimes be perceived as more limited due to the structured menu options. However, we would like to assure you that our restaurant team is always available to personalize the experience by adjusting ingredients, removing certain items, or combining dishes from the available selections according to guests’ preferences. One of the main reasons we have chosen this concept is our commitment to freshness and sustainability. By preparing dishes individually upon request, we ensure that guests receive freshly made meals of the highest quality while reducing food waste, rather than having food displayed for extended periods as is often the case with traditional buffet setups. That being said, we value your feedback and understand that we can improve how we communicate these possibilities to our guests.
