Our stay in the MGallery Emporium Plovdiv was great. The hotel is sumptuous, we absolutely loved the design, the modern architecture and the technology in the room. Moreover, the story of the hotel is very interesting, which makes it a perfect MGallery Collection hotel. Our room was splendid and very comfortable, we would have loved to extend our stay! The staff is excellent, they helped us a lot on various topics and they delivered exceptional service. Thank you so much to the receptionists, the porter and the barmen. The breakfast à la carte was very good, and the restaurant as well. We will recommend the hotel to everyone who goes to Plovdiv and also to people traveling to other cities (like Sofia) to pass by.

We stayed at the hotel as a family. It is in a very good location, not far from the city center. The hotel is brand new and of good quality. We especially liked the breakfast, which was tailored according to the guests' requests. Overall, the experience was perfect. We will stay in the same hotel if we go to Plovdiv again.

This was my first time staying here and it was amazing. The front desk staff were so warm and pleasant which made the check in experience great. They were even so kind to help me get a taxi to where I needed to go. The rooms are very nice and the bed is so comfortable! Next time I am in Plovdiv I will definitely be staying here!!
