The best Hotel we ever stay in Plovdiv. Large and very special clean rooms. Delicious food and very professional staff members. Amazing cocktails at the lobby bar and very tasty breakfast.Obviously with proper management! We will come back again soon!

The kitchen staff were very devoted. They met all our requests patiently and kindly. Slippers and bathrobes are provided in the room for children. My children felt very special and were happy. Ms. Pamela, who worked at the reception, was very kind and caring. I would like to especially thank her.
