Dear Ms. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Mövenpick Resort Petra. While we are pleased to know that you enjoyed the spacious room, the amenities provided, and the variety of food available during breakfast and dinner, I am truly sorry that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations of a five-star hotel. Please accept my sincere apologies for the absence of a welcome drink upon arrival, the food temperature issues you encountered, and most importantly, the shortcomings in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Finding hair left behind from previous guests is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for immediate review and corrective action.
