This establishment is located right on the beaches at Lapu-Lapu. Upon arrival you will see the beautiful hotel with modern decor overlooking the blue ocean. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly, professional, attentive and welcoming. I would like to give a special mention to the following staff members : Quim, Ian, Roi, BG, Gia and Triskie. EVERYONE was exceptional with every experience that we encountered with them. The daily activities that were provided onsite were great. The room service and restaurant meals were delicious and a healthy portion size. I would recommend this establishment.

Everything was nicer than what i expected, the male receptionist and the female one checked me in on the club lounge are welcoming and kindly, taking care me so carefully and catched my requests so well; beach is clean, room upgrade is wonderful, breakfast is varied choices but the lunch menu is not many to choose. One more thing is below the standard of the Accor hotel is the girl receptionist on the club lounge at 5-6pm on the day I arrived, lacked of customer’s cares and skills, asked me twice about room number, when i asked about the late check out - the most important thing in her mind is trying to charge me as much as she can even tho she talked to her duty manager?! Two of them are deserved be rated 1/10 star compared to the hotel rate. The behavior and her eyes looking are all about “i dont care what level you are of Accor loyalty”; when i talked again to the male receptionist he offer me 4pm late check out right way and the day after he also try to catch me to tell that i could have 5 pm late check out if i wished. The hotel shoud do better training for the duty manager and the girl on the club floor.

My husband and I stayed here to celebate our 25tj wedding anniversary and our experience was exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding team. The staff members are professional, welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. It’s rare to find such a consistently helpful and warm environment.
