The room was comfortable and the hotel staff was all very nice. Our only complaint was that the pool area was being repaired. So, not having the pool, plus we were to have an ocean view and instead we only saw big boards outside of our window, we weren't so pleased. Had we been on a higher floor rather than the ground, it wouldn't have been such an issue.

All the staff are friendly and greet you like family. I also appreciate that you remembered my personal preferences. Additionally, it was very comfortable having a lounge for ACCOR members where drinks and light snacks were provided. It’s convenient to just go to the lounge if you get thirsty while playing on the beach.

Been hotel hopping with my fam in 5 star hotels in mactan and I would say Movenpick has the most awesome and superb staff. Super friendly and very helpful. Tried shangrila, sheraton, crimson, dusit, plantation, jpark and etc.. I can really say your staff is the best asset in this hotel. Will definitely go back here for sure.. worth every penny my kids love it here too. Though need to revamp some areas overall exp is sooo relaxing and the much needed break i deserve

We were in room 901 with 7 paying pax and yet only 4 bottled water were provided. Per staff, even if we are 7, only 4 are free. What?? Your toilet has no bidet. Premium brand, really?

I recently enjoyed a 3-day stay at Mövenpick Hotel Cebu, and overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. No bidet. Not helpful for us to clean up. Location of the toilet also not good for tall people due to small space inbetween the wall and bathtub. You room key are old school and always having magnetic issue. Also nobody uses the do not disturb sign/make my room so thick that you cannot take it out and put it outside the room.

We booked an ocean-view room, and we were lucky to get a room on a high floor with an absolutely amazing view, which made us very happy. The Balearic Dinner at The Forum was fantastic — except for the ostrich meat, haha! The swimming pool, beach, and overall resort grounds were beautifully maintained and very well designed. I also hope Ibiza reopens soon. I’d definitely love to experience it next time!

Our family had a truly wonderful and happy time during our stay at Mövenpick Cebu. ​We are deeply grateful to all the hoteliers who always greeted our children with warm smiles, eye contact, and remembered even the smallest details about our family. ​If there were just one minor thing to wish for, it would be for the kids' program coordinator to take a slightly more active and engaging approach. If that improves, I am certain even more parents will leave with wonderful memories of the hotel. ​To LJ, GIO, Daisy, Justin, and the many other staff members whose names we couldn't catch—we will never forget the smiles and warmth you shared with us. ​We truly look forward to the day we can meet you all again!

We visited for a family trip and had a wonderful stay. thanks to the warm hospitality and smiles from all the staff, especially FER and AJ. sorry I couldn’t remember everyone’s names. A special shout-out to FER. your Korean is so good, I never would have guessed you studied by yourself! We also really enjoyed the food. The Margherita pizza at the pool bar and the butter king prawns from room service were so good. We will definitely visit again! Salamat!

So the first one that I got was an OK room and then as soon as I stepped out to breathe air, I find out that there is a birds nest and I'm allergic to it so I got an asthma attack. I went immediately to the lobby. The guy changed a room for me put me in a room that the air conditioner didn't work. I called them but nobody stepped in to take care of it. Second of all we got walked twice by the same cleaner into our room when we were naked, the manager was nice. Gave us a camp elementary breakfast but that's about it. I was really disappointed from the service this time we were supposed to go to Barak and I don't think that we're gonna go after this experience.
