Concierge, housekeeping, security and all restaurant staff was superb. Reception staff very average and not great communicators nor helpful. Not the friendly attitude that the rest of the staff have.

I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Karachi and had a mixed experience. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and welcoming, which added a positive touch to the stay. Their commitment to good service is truly commendable. However, the property itself feels outdated and would benefit from renovation. Several areas, including the rooms and general interiors, show noticeable wear and could use modernization to align with Mövenpick’s usual standards. The food was average and not particularly impressive, especially considering the brand reputation and price point. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of taste and overall dining experience. Overall, while the service and staff were great, the property condition and food quality fell short of expectations.
