Muhammad Yousaf sahib server has been extremely.kind and welcoming. He was efficient, alert and made my husbands birthday memorable for us. Servers like him not only enhance hotels reputation, good will but also gives a great experience to the visitors. He needs a standing ovation for his hosting skills. The food was tasty and hygienic and ambiance is also very romantic !

Service at the hotel was excellent. The bell hops were extremely helpful and kind. The housekeeping was first class. But the service at the lotus court was exceptionally. Zabir was very friendly and brought us a lovely lunch experience. Overall this a great hotel with great amenities and courteous staff.

Amazing hospitality, food was great and Mikel from the restaurant was very helpful. The laundry service was exceptionally good too. They have been able to accommodate last minute requests as well. In addition, we got to enjoy live music during the weekend which made our experience more vibrant. The location is also not very far from all the central areas and shopping mall/markets.

The hotel is very old and dated. Major updates are desperately needed for this hotel. I was on an Upgraded No Smoking floor yet almost everyone on that floor was smoking in the rooms, hallways and sitting areas of that floor. The staff saw them and said it did nothing. I complained about it to the front desk and they also acted surprised and yet did nothing. Keep that in mind before you plan A. stay here. They don’t enforce any rules. The highlight was the staff. All members of the staff at the hotel were amazing and helpful.
