I was astonished there was no Wash Room amenities e.g. Brush / Paste etc. Had call room services and requested for them. Though i got it in 20 mins but wasn't expected at Movenpick.

When we check in the room , it was already used ; all smoke , dirty ash tray as some one smoked A CIGAR, Room was not fresh, we complained , they tried to down grade our room from executive to deluxe, the first night we checked in supervisor promised to change the room , but never happened till we checked out. untrained staff at guest services and in-room dining. I have stayed here frequently and this time I felt a lot of deterioration

This was my 3rd time stay at Movenpick, First time i visited along my family (Wife & 2 Kids), Second time i was alone (both times the experience was extremely satisfying) and this time i was again with my family, but unfortunately i was extremely disappointed with the treatment i received at the reception desk . Upon finding out that i am staying with my family the guy at the counter was all confused and then told me that 'i am "upgrading" you to our suite' but upon going towards and entering the room it was very clear that instead of an upgrade it was actually a "downgrade". the room was in the "Shalimar Courts" which i believe by-far is not as per Moven pick standards, i immediately went back to the reception and requested them to change by room back to a your standard room to which it took more then 4 hours to change considering i was with 2 small kids which was a very unpleasant experience.

Dear Team, My stay was good. But I want to share my concern. I placed Rs. 1000 in my room for my colleague to pay bills who was on flight. When she came back to her room. Room makeup was done and there was no money in the room. I have faced one more incident in the past like this. I left my shirt in room and couldn't find from lost n found. It was very disappointing. Rooms allocated were initially with fungus /mold smell and carpet with dust. Food was ok and we were not satisfied with same type menu of breakfast.

Thank you for your email to asking me for survey, I am staying here from a long time. ALways my 1st choice is Mövenpick among all other located near by it. Very nice ambiance, Good front desk staff always ready to help with smiley faces, good security and COVID-19 protocols. Appreciated marketing and sales staff on client care and cooperative attitude. i must appreciate Bell desk staff, Mr. Ahsan from breakfast hall and Mr. Abid in The Pakistani Resturent. All above good deads the thing that badly need to improve is house keeping and phone call response. Only at the time of check in (1st day of guest stay) there is no need to ask for anything but day after day stay getting worse due to shortage of amenities in washroom, missing floor towels, water bottles not installed or less installed and tea coffee sachets not refill, laundry bags and laundry slips were missing. Seems that there is no room inspection carried out to check how guest room is prepared. In light of above comments I will suggest to other it's good hotel to stay only for one night rather than a long staying guest. Regarding food, the prices of all Restaurants meals including fanos are very very high these should be at least lesser 40% for staying guest. It will help to increase your restaurant sales because many guests out source the food or prefer to go out for dinner or breakfast. Please consider my above comments for improvement, these are not to discourage any department or staff. Thank you. A. C.

The location of the hotel convenient for all types of commuters, The staff is very friendly . The ambiance is calm. The environment is clean. The food is delicious. The breakfast is extravagant . I rate it 5 star for its over all performance. The hotel staff upgraded my room unexpectedly and without advance notice, each time I stayed there.

Worst Safety Culture

One of the worst safety culture and mindset in my entire travelling life. I checked out the same day (in few hours of check in) and walked to another hotel and check in. I believe this is a failure of a proper safety management system - there are fundamental failures! In the shower and bathroom water was stinking, had sand and was coloured.

I use to stay at many of your properties, Novatel, movenpick etc around the world mostly far east. However, this was my worst experience ever, 1st I wanna clear that I been there in mind that CONVID precautions are on therefore they won't be giving full service, but everything was pathetic from staff to services Very un courteous staff I ask relationship manager for long stay option they come at 9 a.m, cleanliness at it worst, towel are like body scrab hard and feel of sand paper, blockage of water in sink drain, room give the feel that someone is want guest in hotel. In short not at all Movenpick standard very very disappointing.
