A very good experience, The staff is perfect for such a hotel. The food is up to the standard and like I said the Staff is very very good. The infrastructure is very fantastic and the lobby's are beautiful. There's no more I can say about the hotel

Appreciation for Muhammad Yousuf Server for my Husbands Bday

Muhammad Yousaf sahib server has been extremely.kind and welcoming. He was efficient, alert and made my husbands birthday memorable for us. Servers like him not only enhance hotels reputation, good will but also gives a great experience to the visitors. He needs a standing ovation for his hosting skills. The food was tasty and hygienic and ambiance is also very romantic !

It was nice room and excellent breakfast. The only reservation i have is non availability of iron and ironing board in the room. We asked for them twice, were told that they will be bringing up but no one brought it.

Service at the hotel was excellent. The bell hops were extremely helpful and kind. The housekeeping was first class. But the service at the lotus court was exceptionally. Zabir was very friendly and brought us a lovely lunch experience. Overall this a great hotel with great amenities and courteous staff.

Hospitality at its best

Amazing hospitality, food was great and Mikel from the restaurant was very helpful. The laundry service was exceptionally good too. They have been able to accommodate last minute requests as well. In addition, we got to enjoy live music during the weekend which made our experience more vibrant. The location is also not very far from all the central areas and shopping mall/markets.
