Tried the Pakistanis restaurant for the second time. Always excellent food, live music and staff. Particularly Pervaiz, who has the greatest attention to the guests preferences and needs. The bread is to die for, and the quality of all ingredient is excellent.

We stayed as a couple for 10 days at Movenpick Hotel, Karachi. It was a truly magical experience, especially because of the hotel personnel and staff. There was a ventilation issue when we checked in, in our room's bathroom exhaust system. It was resolved swiftly and efficiently within a day for which I am grateful. I am especially thankful to a few amazing souls we met during our stay. First and foremost is Mr Kamlesh who is working in the coffee shop as well as having various roles in the restaurants by the pool. Mr Kamlesh is a true gem, caring, attentive and meticulous not only in his profession, but also in genuinely making sure the customer is well taken care of. We are truly grateful to you for your attentiveness and exceptional helping nature Mr Kamlesh. Mr Bhim Ji and Mr Sher Azam are also wonderful souls we met who work by the poolside restaurants. Mr Ahsan from the Al Bustan restaurant deserves a special mention, his hospitality was outstanding. Mr Sajjad is worth mentioning as well, as we were greeted daily by his pleasant, smiling face at the breakfast buffet. He goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. I am pleased with the housekeeping staff as well, they were all meticulous and caring. Overall a fantastic stay and we would love to return again.
