We arrived at the hotel and, despite being well past the check-in time, had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our room to be prepared. Upon finally accessing our room, we were somewhat disappointed by its overall quality. While the bedroom itself was acceptable, the shower was extremely poor. The space was so cramped that maneuvering in and out safely was a challenge—risking scratches from the taps or the inward-opening door. The shower’s size made it nearly impossible to move comfortably, even to adjust one’s head under the water stream. This experience was far below the standard we expected from a hotel of Mövenpick’s reputation.

The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth and efficient. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this really affected the overall experience. I hope the hotel considers upgrading the mattresses for a more comfortable stay in the future.
