We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but the room was not suitable for 4 people and the extra beds were not complimentary. There is no swimming pool for ladies and all the hotel is aged.

I reserved Saudia wedding hall and 7+ hotel room, and a bride sweet From the moment I entered the hotel, the reception informed me that no payment was paid for the rooms (knowing previously that all rooms were paid in advance). Later, my guests were also facing the same issue. In addition, no complementary services were provided (complimentary roses, chocolate, drinks, etc..) even though my visit was very beneficial to the hotel.

Hotel is old. ACs are positioned in such an unhealthy way towards beds. Air flows on my face while I sleep which induces allergy and causes breathing issues. Hotel is too old and price isn't worth it at all. Element, a new competing hotel, will be my preferred choice in Buraidah city
