I have never enjoyed a hotel stay anywhere in the world as much as I have enjoyed my stay at this distinguished hotel. The warm welcome, represented by the محترم General Manager Mr. Suleiman, along with the reception team—especially Mr. Bassam—was truly exceptional. I would also like to commend everyone responsible for the breakfast buffet for the excellent quality and wonderful variety of food they provide. In addition, the staff in charge of the hotel services and the outstanding sports club deserve sincere appreciation. Wishing all the best to the hotel management and everyone working there.

We paid for non-smoking room for our infant and children, but the room has terrible cigarette smell. Booked two rooms. Both has strong smell. Room was changed once, but one room still have a strong cigarette smell. We woke up feeling dizzy.

We arrived at the hotel and, despite being well past the check-in time, had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our room to be prepared. Upon finally accessing our room, we were somewhat disappointed by its overall quality. While the bedroom itself was acceptable, the shower was extremely poor. The space was so cramped that maneuvering in and out safely was a challenge—risking scratches from the taps or the inward-opening door. The shower’s size made it nearly impossible to move comfortably, even to adjust one’s head under the water stream. This experience was far below the standard we expected from a hotel of Mövenpick’s reputation.
