We had a very memorable stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai and it would have been our pleasure to complete the survey. We would rate our overall satisfaction at 9 out of 10. Our only minor issue during our stay was that the buggy service was only operational until 11 PM. While this was a slight inconvenience, it did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience. We genuinely look forward to the opportunity to stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai again in the future. Thank you for your time, and we wish you a nice day.

Impressive great services of bellboys, cart drivers. The quality and the variety of breakfast could be better. Also front staff should be improved, not to be too dry—indifferent. The reservation staff did their best to their works. Thanks for BD cake and cute decoration in the room for us.
