The staff was very nice, well trained with service mind. The mountain scenery from the breakfast room was excellent. The buggy was quite fast. We wait only 5-10 mintues. The pool at the lobby was nice. What we disappointed was the maintenance of our villa. We stayed at villa 41. The decoration was very nice. We loved the high ceiling. BUT, the bathroom in both bedrooms had problems. The basin wastes in the master bedroom's bathroom was disappeared. When we ask for one, the maid put it back for us, but we could not pop up. So a technique came and solved the problem by pulling out for good (= disappear again). Water heaters in both bathroom were not working properly. We had to wait 2-3 minutes to warm the water. Also, the water pressure in shower room was not constant. There should be more hangers on the wall. The restroom's door in the common area in Villa 41 was eaten by bugs. We love the mini zoo, but we think it was a bit dirty. Our overall experience was ok. If there is a chance to visit Khaoyai again we think we will try other hotels. (We booked via the hotel's official line@)

I had a very pleasant stay at Movenpick Khaoyai. As an Accor plus member with the platinum status, I feel like I received all what I deserve: complimentary BF, room upgrade, early check in and late check out offer, welcome set (I loveeee the way you provided Evian water) and BD celebrations. All staff are polite, helpful and were willing to help. I also remember a good talk with a male staff at the zoo taking care of the piglets; he provided insights about behaviour and what they like and don't which is much different from a guy I met in the previous stay who always on his mobile. I love your piglets that ran welcoming all the guests and the pregnant goat who always nipped my skirt for more carrots 😂 I love the pool villa you upgraded us to. My parents never had a good time in a private pool and even a public, we can't remember when was their last time. They swam happily in your place and enjoyed the scenery of birds chirping. Breakfast is satisfactory, nice taste and adequate. The guy that seems to be the manager of Flavor is friendly and polite including all staff in the restaurant. However, there are two points worth mentioning; first of all, the shower did not provide hot water or only super hot in like 2mins and after that all gone and the drain does not work properly. I found exactly same issue in the last stay in the building 2, so I assume the amenities are aged and not much you can do about it. Secondly, the prop for the beer festival destroys the scenery. I wish we could see the green field without those objects blocking it. All in all, I would rate this stay 9 out of 10. Thanks a lot for making our days precious.

The hotel staff is having good service minded, room is very clean and comfortable bed, based on my experiences 3 times stay, I have faced with a small problem every time such as electricity power down, washing hose leak.
