The woman in front desk is bad attitude and made us so bad feeling. However room,facilities and view are super great and beautiful!!! They need to train their staff attitude.They don’t know what is service of luxury hotel

I booked for 2 bed pool villa and got a chance to upgrade to 3 bed pool villa. The room is uncleaned, a lot of dust on the floor and tap water is not running. There is no room checking at all prior to welcoming any customer. The breakfast is limited and no fill up even requested.
