My mother absolutely adored the resort, which made my birthday celebration all the more memorable. Although the journey from Bangkok took three hours, any fatigue vanished upon arrival. We were immediately embraced by the pristine air and the majestic atmosphere of Khao Yai—an impressive experience starting right from the entrance. We received an impeccable welcome from Mr. Tim (Guest Experience Manager) and his team, who were informative and gracious. Our room offered panoramic views of the mountains, accompanied by cool, refreshing weather that created a truly relaxing ambiance. The culinary experience was equally commendable. Khun L provided outstanding service during our meal, and the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of high-quality choices. I must also commend the Front Desk team for their exemplary service: Khun Rayne, Khun Jyuly, Khun Frank, Khun M, Khun Nong, and Khun K. I would like to especially recognize Khun Dream for her attentiveness and support throughout our stay. My only regret is that one night was not enough. I will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

8 points for good vibe, cleanliness but too many pigeons. I cannot access the pool because of them and making some noise too early morning. So, booking the pool villa is not worth money. Some reception are not friendly, no smiling face. Feel like they are just trying to make it through the day.
