Checked-in for a couple of nights in the main hotel building. The architecture and landscaping of the resort is truly impressive and maintained well. The entire team were very warm in welcoming and service stayed consistent throughout my stay. My room was well prepared in advance and comfortable upon entry. The room, larger than I expected. Well appointed, although the lighting is a little dim and inconsistent throughout the main living area. Bathroom was well sized, however there was no bath salts/soap provided for the bath. Air conditioning and wi-fi works well without issues The balcony allows for great views over the golf course and beyond. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and beverages. Both restaurants (Flavours & Sapori Cucina) had great food and service. Strange comment to make, but their fish & chips was one of the best I've had locally. Would like to commend both Khun Oat and Khun Noon in the Flavours Restaurant for their constant (and consistent) service. The location may be a little out of the way from the main town centre, however it is needed for the serenity of the resort. It is a shame the wellness & spa on site has been shut for more than a year. It will be good to have a spa on site operational once again. There is no lounge on site for Accor members, but the team will gladly accommodate in other ways. I was offered a once off high tea sitting (in-room or at their cafe).No complaints. I note the private villas are pet friendly. I will be back with my pups for sure!

I found some fly (2-3 as I know) in the room and staff try to kill them with electric tool but we can find only one. The remain of them still fly near my face all the night which I was woke up many time whole night. Also, the dust from the curtain during staff try to find the fly in my room was too much and I felt my nose was stuffed. Welcome set provide wrong which I understood it might be changed but staffs found it was not correct and then they came to solve this concerned quickly.
