Please note that Books Café will be closed for the next 8 weeks, starting from Thursday, 19th July, to make way for the refurbishment. Any noisy work will be limited to the hours of 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and the main noisy work, which involves breaking flooring, will take place on Saturday, 22nd July, and Sunday, 23rd July.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Booked 2 bedroom apartment, it’s so spacious and have all the crockery, utensil, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer. There’s few small supermarket and also 24 hours pharmacy located nearby/within the hotel. It has a newly open cafe which we wish we had the time to try. Location wise - just few minutes walk to Dubai Mall. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone would greet with a smile and never fail to say “Hi” or “Hello”.

i stayed 6 nights while on business. i did not find the staff knowledgeable about how to get around.. they sent me to go and get a taxi on the street rather than sending me through one of the nearby hotels through the mall. there was bad smell of cooking getting into my room int the middle of the night... Pool is really small and sad... massage at spa was great. last but not least, i left an item in the room and wrote to the hotel, but never got a reply
