Location is terrible, no car parking and the car park is 8min walk away . Be careful not to park anywhere close to the hotel as you will be fined £100

Stayed here as everywhere was full. Price was inflated due to this which I felt was a bit much considering the size of the rooms. It served a purpose but the fact the bed is against the wall meant the wall looked grubby which was a bit off putting. There is no obvious reception desk so we thought we’d walked into a cafe. A little sign might be helpful, once a staff member appeared they were very helpful and efficient checking us in.

Yeshia was very lovely on reception and helped us get checked in. Great location and car park not too far away from location just a 5 minute walk which the Ibis deal with your token on check out.

Disappointing

Rooms was small, but had everything I needed. The TV was in a weird position meant you had to either sit on the bed side on or view it at sidewards angle, I thought it would be on a cantilever bracket, almost pulled it off the wall trying to move it! The bed was also right up against the wall, while that was fine for a single occupant, but would have been uncomfortable for two people. There was no hair dryer in the room as other people had mentioned, so I took my own, however the plug was the other side of the room to the mirror. The whole room needed a paint refresh as there was various marks on all the walls, which made it feel rundown. The bathroom was really nice, however it was very small, the toilet roll was directly under the hand soap dispenser so was getting wet each time you washed your hands. The floor was dusty in all the corners, it could have done with a really good scrub, Along with the shelf. Breakfast was disappointing. I paid for a full cooked breakfast, there was scrambled eggs, beans and sausages, no hash browns, no bacon, no mushrooms. The sausages where cheep and I would guess contained very little actual meat. All hot options were being kept warm on a warming plate which was overcooking the scrambled eggs brilliantly. Other options included bread, Nutella, honey, dried fruits, unknown flavour jam, pastries, yoghurt and quite bizarrely ham, chesses, olives, salami and cucumber. The pastries were mini pasties and the yoghurt was in tiny pots, "yes, I will have the bottle" came to mind. I could have gone to a chain pub across the road and got a full English breakfast twice for the price I paid for this and it would have been better quality.
