Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you found our location inconvenient and that you encountered challenges with parking. We understand that finding suitable parking can be frustrating, especially in a busy area like ours. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the distance of the nearest car park from the hotel. However, we do have arrangements with a nearby car park, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Our team is always available to assist guests with directions or any other queries they may have, including guidance on parking options.
