Let's start with the positives. The rooms were notably spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, offering a diverse selection of options to suit various tastes. Location is great within proximity of the Merter Wholesale market and the Tram Station. However, my experience took a sour turn upon arrival. Having pre-booked a transfer with the hotel from the airport, I expected a seamless transition to kick off my stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Despite confirming the arrangement on the same day, I found myself stranded at the airport without a trace of the promised taxi. Frantically attempting to reach the hotel via phone and text yielded no response, leaving me stranded for an hour. Ultimately, I had to resort to securing alternative transportation to reach the hotel. Upon informing the reception staff of the ordeal upon check-in, I had hoped for a proactive resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Regrettably, their response was disappointing. They promised to investigate the matter but failed to follow up or provide any explanation thereafter. This lack of accountability and professionalism left a distinct blemish on an otherwise satisfactory stay.

The overstay was nice. As a gold member I haven't received any welcome drink. Which is fine as I never use it. The room was satisfying. The cleaning crew is amazing, as he was cleaning the room perfectly.

Next to the market. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. nice view if you are in a high level. Kind stuff. They keep your luggages for free for some hours, so you easily exploit even the last day of your trip.
