I found it poor value. The Sheraton Grand was $50 cheaper in Sydney the following nigh, and my loyalty there provides two full breakfasts and a late checkout. At a mantra the bed also moved around the room. It needs to be fixed in place. Also I think if you remove single use plastic water bottles for “the environment” you need to then put the glass bottle of water in the room. It is not guest friendly, hospitable to leave a note and send your guests back to the bar! The team were friendly.
