Room are very clean, the only negative feedback I can give is the scrambled eggs are terrible, they were liquid , no taste at all, I took one mouthful and couldn't finish them.

Hotel- rooms are small but nearly arranged with all the essentials and bed was comfortable. Door to the bathroom didn't close which meant the steam condensed on the room walls which was a bit odd. Service to the room was attentive and the staff helpful. Kids lounge- this is a good idea but isn't really maintained. None of the games (Xbox 1) would work and there was no way to get help (it's up on level 7). Buffet- we paid for the breakfast (and it's not cheap!!) only to discover that coffee isn't included. Who has a barista machine with trained staff only to not provide that to the customers who have otherwise paid $30 for cold scrambled eggs and over salted bacon. The pancakes could have been used as frisbees. Disappointing. Skip the breakfast and go to one of the many places very close by - the hotel is extremely central which is great.

Great location walking distance to all shops and restaurants, room had terrible stains on the carpet and had a weird smell..maybe it was just that room.. rooms overlooking the target car park especially on weekends not recommended..young groups and motorbikes like to party late till after 3am and the music is so loud it can be heard on top level of hotel along with the vehicles screeching through the car park... Police do nothing about it, said they were busy and had priority calls to attend to.. hotel rang them and I did also… 3 hours later music and party was still going and nothing was done about it.
