Very disappointing experience!. Expected far more from Mantra & at the cost. No prior notification that the streaming services were unavailable (a notice in the room was simply cynical) or that the restaurant would be closed for most of the weekend. Our room phone wasnt working & as such, we were required to go down to the front foyer for any requests ie only 2 tea bags!. Receptionist was less than helpful - couldn't even provide us with ice. Sadly, we found all the staff were quite unfriendly & curt. Not sure that we would stay here again.

Uneducated staff not knowing about loyalty program status levels

Room clean, however air-conditioning in this room was louder than other rooms we have stayed in. it was annoying. Also the toliet roll holder was hanging at 60deg with the lip only stopping it from falling off. Also hot water in basin was cold, and the shower took 3 mins before hot water came through.

I stay at the hotel regularly as I have a business in Wodonga. I really do appreciated the room upgrade for multiple nights. That additional space is great for getting some work done and relaxing at the end of the day. The free water bottles from the bar are an absolute winner. I will be back on April 16-18

Price for connecting rooms was best value. However, if redeeming with stay plus, it's not. We liked the kitchenette, separate toilet, multiple hooks for towels, bottle of wine and cookies with welcome drinks. Had a hairwash for hand wash, empty hand lotion. Asked for a replacement but was not changed. Aircon was noisy Multilevel carpark view was the best option made available even with accor gold explorer membership.
