prolonged check in process at 23:00 with no-one else in the line and night club nearby my room made it difficult to sleep.

My stay was comfortable partly because the staff were attentive and accommodating. Hopefully there will be a later checkout than 12pm in the future.

Everything was fantastic. I only have one comment, which is related to the slight lingering smell that is presumably from the bathroom. But it was very minor.

we stayed in a two bedroom and the rooms were lovely, beds comfortable and the hot chocolate was an added luxury. The only downside was the breakfast cafe closed at check out time and we missed out on having breakfast at the hotel, and we had to find another place to eat.
