There were no drinking glasses on first night - only one glasses; there were no tea bags on first night, only drinking chocolate; the carpet was frayed where it met edges of door; aircon ws noisy - kept thinking it was raining outside when it switched into action, but it was only the motor; another family member had booked a room for a couple and child; their room was not prepared for the child; staff came to their aid but it was not a good first impression; we were embarrassed as we had recommended Mantra Albury as had stayed many times previously
