It was our first time stopping over in Albury, and we couldn’t have been happier with our room! It was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the window was like a postcard, absolutely beautiful! The only downside was that the fire alarm went off the following morning, apparently triggered by steam from another guest’s bathroom. It would be great if the hotel could look into improving the bathroom exhaust ventilation to help prevent this from happening again. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend the hotel for a stopover in Albury!

We took a family room which was quite comfortable and clean. Sadly realised on Sunday their rest and bar was closed however as a Gold member they sent me a nice bottle of wine which I appreciate it. Location is great!

Executive suite for 3 people, had no walking space. One king bed was placed right beside the sofa bed, with limited access. Couldn’t access the windows or curtains. Zero privacy for the bathroom - very strange design
