The wine and card from you for us just being married was wonderful. The girl at reception was lovely, very helpful. Having to go down to reception and ask for someone to come and get the plug out of the spa bath and being told there is no maintenance person on a weekend and then giving a pair of pliers to pull out the plug ourselves, not happy. Then to drain the spar to have grey sludge on the bottom of the empty spa and my newly husband covered head to toe in a severe red rash after using the spa, for which we had to get medical advice, not happy. Then to find the mini bar not fully stocked and told it was because you were short on stock because of the long weekend, again not happy.
