I am unsure if I would stay at this property again. The free parking is a big draw card as well as location to Dean street where there are many eateries. The pool area is very welcoming even in winter. The room was clean and spacious. I got to choose the bath bomb for the in- room spa. It was during COVID 19 so some things had changed. e.g. no drinking glasses in the room, reception did not open till 9am on a Sunday, breakfast was interesting with burnt bacon and toast and took ages to arrive and lastly there was a puppy in the breakfast area. Thought this would have been a breach in health regulations despite it being really tiny and cute.

Good Evening Michelee, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide our team with feedback in regards to your recent stay, during these unprecented times. You feedback is most alarming. Firstly that your breakfast was delivered burnt, our team of passionate cooks are generally right up there so please rest assured your feedback has not been taken lightly, and all our breakfast culinary crafters have been talked to, reminded and reinforced the importance of our Borella Butchery cooked bacon and local Valentines Sourdough being just right . Reception Hours have indeed changed with COVID times, adapting to our staffing levels - however we always have someone on site from 8am whom can assist with reception needs if urgent. The Sunday you stayed, we had a team member call up not feeling very well. And one sign of this we ask not to come in. So sincere apologies that this affected your stay. Lastly, the glasses in your room. Yes we take out every glass and place though our high temperature glass washer. Unfortunately one of our housekeeping guru's, who once again are generally on the ball, dropped this during your stay. I do hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back to our home again during or after these crazy COVID times. It was a good room, Loved the mattress, only problem no vent in the bathroom so billed up of steam making everything damp with condensation and therefore things got wet and slippery.

Stayed there overnight as a stopover. Reception staff was efficient and nice. We ordered dinner through phone and their room service was free of charge in lieu of the situation. If I will be picky it would be the room has missing luggage rack, incomplete toiletries (e.g. no hair comb/brush) and missing fork in the room food service. But it was a good experience overall and would stay there again.

Stayed just the one night but from the first initial greeting the service was first class. Getting a better room at a great price reception staff were fantastic, Spa room was fantastic and modern. restaurant food we had was fist class and breakfast to our room was very good Im up in Albury for work a bit (after all this craziness) and i know were i will be staying Thanmkyou

Stayed one night For work, staff were amazing COVID didn’t dull the service, friendly and caring. Room was excellent, room service dinner and a breakfast tray delivered as the restaurant was still closed. No fuss check out.

Disappointed not able to use 2 for 1 meal benefit and not told this until after we had eaten dinner. The meal was ordinary but we appreciate these difficult circumstances.

It has indeed been a crazy period and we now feel the climb out. 1st up - our menu has since had 3x great menu options added to our Bar Menu to ensure quality is not left off our limited options. Step 2 - although our restaurant is not officially open yet, we have decided to offer the 50% discounts on our bar food until such an opening time. :Lastly, we aim to ensure that each and every guest has only the best stay so thank you.
