We love staying at this hotel location is great and bed is comfortable. The only complaint is the shower. The water pressure is so low and so difficult to regulate the temperature. Both nights takes forever for hot water to come on and then it goes scaldingly hot and then freezing cold during the shower. At first I thought it’s because someone in next room was showering, but we showered at different times during our stay and the same problem. Disappointing as everything else is good. On previous visits the showers have been great, might just be in this room?

Shower ran hot and cold. We could not get the water to stabilise. We have stayed at lots of mecure’s and I don’t think this facility makes the cut for the brand. Closer to an ibis. The bathroom is in need of a renovation. Staff member at reception on arrival was lovely though.

Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Lovely welcome note and treat. Easy parking. Great location. Room was plain but functional. Comfy sofa, bed was a bit softer than I enjoy but it was fine. Only gripe I had was the noise from room next door, first of all it was listening to their TV and then listening to their snoring. Very surprised to have to hear that thru hotel walls.
