Good location but ultimately selected only to suit access to local facilities for a disabled member of our party Quite dated and very expensive for a supposedly 4?? star hotel (compared to other nearby accommodation pricing that same weekend) Bathroom water temp (lukewarm) and pressure was barely adequate in our room Pretty underwhelming and certainly not memorable

Check in was quick and friendly, the room was great and tastefully renovated. Breakfast was quick to come out and very tasty. The service provided by the male team member in the restaurant was exceptional. Check out was quick and friendly as well. Free onsite parking is always a bonus.

Broken door on fridge and hurt my leg walking past.no remote for TV untill house bought one up but was remote flat,then tv turned on about 5 mins after she went to get another..not very sound proof .heard bird outside about 5am for about 20 minutes.then heard water whistling cos of shower next door..broken blind didn't come right down so didn't block out daylight in morning very well..then at 6.30 am our tv turned on and im guessing next doors remote somehow turned it on,we turned it off but turned back on again 3 times untill I switched it off at wall..not a great sleep for $199 a night..feel like we should be reimbursed somehow ..was a bit of a getaway for my wife with terminal cancer but didn't go well😥

Stayed 4 nights. On of the days the bathroom was as I left it. Tea items were not replenished and had to ask for black tea bags. The restaurant menu seems too limited

I am disappointed I have to write this. I have stayed at other Mercure hotels and they have been excellent. When I turned on the bathroom sink taps mould ran out the tap to the sink. This is sickening to watch. The toilet brush was caked with mould. I have never seen this before even in Budget hotels. The coffee table was damaged and other furniture had laminated gone. This is not the standard for a four star hotel. The room phone didn't work. I had to use my mobile to call reception. My wife at check out told them of our experience, the staff were uninterested. My feeling was they didn't care.

Bathroom fan didn't work at all All taps leaked in the spa bath and had to clean up water after every shower/spa Very noisy Had to wait and made 3 phone calls trying to check in Stafr member did not greet at all was very unfriendly and not helpful at all seemed totally disinterested in helping Made totally of 5 calls to the hotel while there as couldn't find anyone and not one call back Paid $300 @ night and wasted money not worth the expense Rooms need a good overhaul
