Great location, close to shopping, spacious, clean room, unfortunately no hot water on our last day so couldn’t shower, I prefer buffet breakfast, so was a little disappointed.

Staff were lovely but the suite we had booked was uninviting - even a little bleak - and its location, with the elevator shaft beside the bed, proved to be utterly unhospitable. As usual, I wore earplugs, but was kept awake for hours as the machinery whirred and clunked away two metres from my head overnight. Online description for the suites at this venue needs to advise of this issue, in our view.

Overall the stay would have been comfortable, however being in a room next to lift made it impossible to sleep. I understand it can be unavoidable, but I would expect to be notified or to receive a discounted rate for the inconvenience.
