Good location. Not clean and outdated

Old and outdated. Dirty and uncleared in more areas of the unit. Missing cap for bathroom drain. Cockroaches were found in the kitchen. All that said, it was in a great location across from the beach. Just not as expected in the unit itself. We wouldn’t recommend

Great roof top deck but access to it is just not practical

We booked a 2 br penthouse over Xmas to enjoy family gatherings on the the roof top deck which had a spa and a barbecue area.. Whilst a great idea in theory, the narrow metal spiral staircase to get to the deck made it near impossible to prepare for meals etc getting up and down the stairs with food and drinks and it turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel itself is in a good location in the middle of the beach front esplanade. The apartment was small for a 2 bedder and was not serviced at all in a 7 x night stay. No pool towels were provided in the apartment for the outdoor spa. Several trips had to be made to reception to get fresh bath towels and some towels for the spa when we did use it, not to mention toilet paper, garbage bags and dish detergent as the supply provided for a week was nowhere near enough. Overall I was disappointed and would not recommend this room unless an internal lift is installed instead of the difficult stairs. On the positive side, The view from the small deck was spectacular looking out to the ocean,

Resort is wonderful to stay at. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff are friendly and happy to assist as best they can. Some rooms could do with some updating, however sometimes I understand this is due to the owner of the unit.

Great location but not great otherwise

Dated hotel, poor wifi quality, cleanliness poor. Not worth the cost. Staff not overly helpful. No mid week clean or fresh towels. Really disappointed. We regularly visit mooloolaba but would not stay in this hotel again

Hi Sam We appreciate this feedback and our apartments are fully self contained and if you stay more than 8 nights you do get a mid week clean which is stated on our reservation confirmations and im sorry for any miscommunication on this. Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement avec spa privé en terrasse av4c barbecue. Un escalier interne dans l'appartement y donné accès. Appartement très grand avec 3 chambres, 2 salle de bain une vue magnifique sur le bord de mer. Nous sommes très satisfait de ce séjour et nous le recommandons fortement et le prix justifie cet appartement au dernier étage
