This apartment hotel ticked every single box: - central location, magnificent oceanview - great bathrooms, spacious bedrooms - good pool & well-equipped & maintained gym (a negative point was there's no water in the gym) - helpful staff - good parking facility

Sirocco is in a good spot, the facilities are good, love the heated pool and spa. Despite being a Gold Accor, our two requests, once when booking and one a few days out, for a higher-level room were ignored or not recorded anywhere, very disappointing. The room was tired, cleaning is very basic and doesn't do the oven, under the lounge or beds etc. The door to the balcony was very hard to open, I had to do it for the family each time they wanted to go out.

Would be great if not for the absolute crap internet access

Staff were lovely (though they didn't fix the internet issues). we've been coming for years because its a great location and my wife loves the pool, but they have been saying for years that they were fixing the internet access and it hasn't happened. Speed tested at less than .01mbps (when it was working at all). Could be fixed by a good IT firm who could manage the whole building and make them extra income for no extra cost, so can't understand how they haven't got it fixed. Try Monocera, or any of the others who work in this space. It is enough to make us find another venue as over $2k for 3 nights and they can't get this right. Makes working while away impossible without your own back up internet.

We definitely would like to improve your experience, so we do not lose such a loyal guest. I have alerted our internet provider, of the concerning speed you experienced, as this is well below the correct speed available. I do have some great news, in that the Body Corporate, are currently finalising with a Telecommunication company, a building upgrade, working with our existing copper wiring, to boost the building speed, up to 100Mbps. Which we hope to have running by early 2023, into our Apartments. We paid a lot and expected premium 1. Bugs were adhered to the back of the blind in main bedroom (room 703) 2. Rubbish in bathroom bin was from a previous occupant 3. Pantry cupboard door falling off 4. Body wash empty in main bathroom 5. Gardens around pool all dug out/under renovation

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement avec spa privé en terrasse av4c barbecue. Un escalier interne dans l'appartement y donné accès. Appartement très grand avec 3 chambres, 2 salle de bain une vue magnifique sur le bord de mer. Nous sommes très satisfait de ce séjour et nous le recommandons fortement et le prix justifie cet appartement au dernier étage
