Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort 4 étoiles

Amazing Service as always, the staff are fantastic. Lucas at the reception was great as well as Anh in the restaurant. Will be back love this hotel. Great rooms and beds are so comfortable as a Accor Diamond Member was upgraded to the Bungalows.

Great place great people and lots of things to occupy you during your stay. I have been many times on business. A new management team at the hotel who understood guest needs and the staff place just so welcoming. I will be back.

Review Novotel Twin Waters is close to being good. However each time we thought it was nice, something else would let it down. The food is over priced but good, until you ask to swap the salad for vegetables when you order a Parma. Apparently this is a step too far when paying $36. As a paid up Accor Plus member 50% off dining was nice, except for when you wanted to move 2.5 meters and eat by the pool instead of on the deck. Apparently it’s full price to eat the exact same pizza on a lounge instead of at a table. The drinks at the bar are good; not cheap but not expensive. Just make sure your bartender knows the difference between a Sparkling and Rosè. Some staff are best used waiting tables rather than guessing drinks behind a bar. The room is nice enough. Clean, spacious and comfortable. What you’d expect of a four star resort. Until you ask for your room to be serviced, you’ll have to argue with staff who’ll try telling you it’s already been serviced despite staring at your unmade bed and wet towels on the floor. If they do service your room, they will probably do an almost good job but might forget to put the pillows on the bed and leave them on the floor. The pool is great. Spacious and plenty of chairs and lounges. The water is almost warm and the spa almost hot. A pool more suited to children than adults climate wise. All in all it is a good resort. Whether or not it’s worth the price is a very different question. If you expect an almost four star resort then you will walk away almost satisfied with your experience at Novotel Twin Waters.

Complexe hôtelier immense avec de nombreuses installations de loisirs et de restauration. Idéal pour les familles Notre hébergement était en rdc, face au lac, avec une petite terrasse très agréable Literie pas très grande et un peu trop molle à notre goût 2 choix de restauration pour le soir, dont un buffet à thème. Soirée french connection, les desserts et le pain sont une tuerie, les plats sans plus Buffet petit déjeuner, vraiment très varié et très bon
