Terrible place. Arrived 10pm. Followed late check instructions. No one available to provide access code. Could not get into room until almost 1am. No refund offered. Made stay very unpleasant. Really pathetic.

I’m truly sorry for the experience you had upon arrival, I completely understand how frustrating and upsetting it must have been, particularly after a long day of travel. Your late check-in experience was the result of a genuine error, and I want to reassure you that we’ve since addressed this with our team to ensure it does not happen again. It’s incredibly important to us that our guests feel supported and cared for, especially our valued Diamond members. Following the incident, we had the opportunity to speak with your wife, and as part of our sincere apology, we offered a complimentary champagne breakfast delivered to your room, 50% off your extended night’s stay, and both myself and my Assistant Manager personally visited your room to connect with you directly. These gestures were made as a heartfelt response to the inconvenience caused. While we absolutely acknowledge that you were upset by the situation, I do respectfully disagree with the statement that no compensation or communication was provided. We acted promptly in an effort to make things right, and we regret that this wasn’t felt or received in the way we had hoped. At the present times 2024 December The Sebel Maroochydore has No Pool it is a construction zone. It will be this way until April 2025 . The jack hammer is deafening every day. DO NOT STAY HERE. After work is complete it will be okay but for the next 5 months do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Cela fait 3 fois que nous séjournons au SEBEL MAROOCHYDORE. Super appartement 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain. Trés grand appartement avec une vue superbe. Equipements trés complets dans toutes les pièces. Nous recommandons cet hotel qui est pas loin du plus grand centre commercial de la SUNSHINE COAST le SUNSHINE PLAZA

Ce soit disant hôtel d Accor .n est en fait qu un immeuble d appartements ,n ayant strictement rien à voir avec la moindre notion d hôtellerie. .... Bel appartement ...mais .triste froid ,impersonnel ,mal décoré ,sans peignoir ,ni pantoufles,...sur un sol de carrelage glacial ..sans l ombre d un tapis. Et ..le summum ::: PAS DE WI FI !!!!!!! Le premier Accor dans le monde que je connais...sans WI FI ! Bref ,à fuir. D urgence !

Rien à redire surpris de la taille de l'appartement avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan. La cuisine est très bien aménagé avec le salon et les baie vitré donnant sur la plage t la salle de bain avec une baignoire jacuzzi parfaite. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable. Je recommande !!
